" Li Na, are you sure you want to drink this-" the butler raised the cup of tea he made for Li Na when he realized the two were intensely staring at each other. Like a staring battle.

'Oh, Did I miss something? ' The butler thought to himself as the ambiance was too intense between them without an exchange of a word.

Lu Jianjun's eyes moved from the teacup held by Butler Wu and back to her. Without breaking the battle of eyes contacts, he graciously picked up his teacup and leaned back on the chair, crossing his one legs over other.

Li Na narrowed her eyes at him. Suddenly, there was a sudden alteration in his temper from been indifferent to a dominating one. His dull and ignorant eyes became sharp and decisive.

Emulating the man's posture, Li Na held the teacup graciously as if not minding him at all and just like that the Butler felt to be the odd one out between the two well-raised people with all etiquettes and cla.s.s.

The man is the owner, Li Na arched her left eyebrow and curled her lips with the slightly tilted of her head which elicited as if she's taking his needless permission to drink the tea as without waiting for his response she mildly took a sip.

Just then Lu Jianjun lazily lowered his eyes and drank his tea impa.s.sively.

"Yakk...w-what the cough, cough, f.u.c.k is this...cough, cough...'" Li Na spit it out all the tea she drank and coughed heavily, almost choking to death on a single sip of his tea. It burns her throat to swallow.

"Cough cough cough... W-what kind of venom is this?" she somehow managed to say but her voice was merely heard or understood. It was all choked up.

While Lu Jianjun leisurely enjoyed his tea without bothering anymore.

Now, that's how he had expected her to be.

Lu Jianjun inclined his head slightly and glanced at her as he said,

" Miss, this is not your cup of tea," as he meant it literally.

Li Na hurriedly picked up a water gla.s.s and emptied it in one go. But the taste was so edgy and sharply sour as if she felt her tastebuds have been slaughtered it was the worst tea she ever drank.

'Why didn't she denied the tea?' Li Na looked at him with teary eyes, her cheeks flus.h.i.+ng in red shades due to coughing and rage as if her blood was boiling at high temperature in contrast with the man's frozen gore.

Just then Lu Jun-hui barged in, panicking and sweating at over his body. He bends down to catch his breath while heavily panting.

After picking his breaths, he puffed. "Brother, brother... ." Lu Jun-hui prattled as he came in his shorts and half-naked with his messy hairs like a bird's nest.

Both Li Na's lips twitched and Lu Jianjun's face darkened looking at his current state. His brother didn't even bother to put on a s.h.i.+rt before running to him. Li Na thought to herself looking at his dismay state, ' Is he really Lu Jianjun's younger brother?'

" I-I c-checked all over the villa, h-he's nowhere to found. I think he hid somewhere." He then saw Li Na for a moment and frown as if she did something before he continued further. I got up to check on him..."Little Tiger was asleep when you left, but he's not there now,"

"L-Little Tiger went missing."

"What the heck! Didn't we tell you not to leave the child? And now you lost him." Li Na said through gritted teeth, clenching her jaw.

" I think so, "Lu Jun-hui scratched his head before pulling his own hair as the crisis was written on his face and the whole burden was on his shoulders. " s.h.i.+t! I should have also installed cameras all over my place earlier," he screamed.

" Oh yeah, Instead of watching me over the screen, you should have done that before," Li Na replied seriously, worried and concern.

In retort, Lu Jun-hui barked with frustration raising his voice. " Really, this is all because of you, you must have said something to Little Tiger that he..."

Li Na's face darkened as she also raised her voice. "Oh, f.u.c.k off, you're big brother was also there so don't spout nonsense if you don't know what happened."

" Fine, then why don't you go and look for him. Well, I'm not good at playing hide and seek. Especially so early in the mornings..." Lu Jun-hui yelled.

"SHUT UP!" Lu Jianjun's harsh and rigorous tone cut them in. His expressions were chilled and horrifying as he stared at them.

Startled, Li Na froze instantly and Lu Jun-hui felt the chill run down his spine as he immediately slapped his running mouth. Both of them stood at their respective places.

Lu Jianjun looked angered.

Seeing his dark expressions, she didn't know why Li Na thought to herself, from now on, if possible, she really prefers this guy ignoring her rather than him been successfully be provoked by her. She had seen a rare ' not to mess' kind of people in her past life and Lu Jianjun definitely excels in that on some levels.

The silence lasted for several minutes, even their breathing felt loud. Suddenly, the silence broke by the low noise of a child's cry as if whining and complaining about the sudden disturbance.

"Ah, Second Master. Little Tiger is sleeping inside the room. I'll check if you guys just woke him up. " Butler Wu said slowly as he pointed towards Lu Jianjun's room and quickly went to look at the little guy.

As if struck with lightning, Li Na and Lu Jun-hui glanced at each other pitifully, knowing that they had dug their own grave.
