I slept for around 10 hours but I still feel just as sleepy as I would otherwise.
-Slight improvement in vision
-Less hunger
Overall no major changes however it seems to have been just slightly beneficial.

Hopefully I'll notice some drastic improvement in any area soon so I will at least be motivated enough to continue this challenge. The biggest issue is how I don't feel like I'm at 100% or anywhere near that.
