"My lady," said one of the knights,
There was a sad, solemn feeling around her, clinging. I felt like crying. Her aura was a sensation, a particular shade of blueish gray I've never seen before.
"What did I get involved?" I exclaimed,
My greatest fear was happening, mix in a power struggle without a choice. In my past life, I was cornered. This life I wanted a better ending. I didn't want to know what my aunts had seen that sent me her way. The lady was not if I would say in human terms, in her best condition. I'd call her depressed if I didn't know better but the color wasn't on point with that description either.
"Help them, Help me and help the council catch them. They have been very illusive and the knights are out of it. For the best, please?" she asked.
"I don't know,"
Well, I sort of knew.
"You do know and you have known."
"I really don't want to know." I said feeling older than I was,
"You are your aunts have been generous to me helping me capture one of the three founders of the group but still, there is no progress since then." She said her sweet smile flatter as she reaches over and took my hand.
"That was me, I captured him,"
"I know and that is why you are the person for the job." She said reaching for my hand tracing symbols onto my skin.
It was good an offer as any I supposed. She wasn't doing me harm. But I didn't like it. I pause something felt wrong. Turning around and look, the powers within felt like burst pus.h.i.+ng free to protect and destroy but there was nothing there or so I thought.
