State F, Late at night;

Sitting in their private Villa, Mei-Xing was watching the repeating broadcasting press conference of Mr.J. Blanc while waiting for Mei Lein's return.

The accusation on Mr. J. Blanc was based on the weapons deal he made a few years back in the protection of his two children.

In his statement, Mr. Jean Blanc proved that two of his family members were abducted and he was threatened to do the trafficking. Although, he refused to cooperate and filed the case. Years pa.s.sed with no trace of his children. In his defense, he stated that later on with no other option left as they used to send them the videos of how his children were tortured to death. And for the sake of his children, he agreed to their conditions as he wasn't willing but was under the tremendous pressure. Thus, it was an act of self-defense to protect his family members. And he just made the deals years ago as he was unaware of the later consequences. And for this mistake, he was ready to take the punishment and appealed from the court to show some mercy.

From the records, it proved that a few years back there was a kidnapping case filed by Mr. Jean Blanc and whatever he said was the truth.

While watching the press conference, Mei-Xing's mind was occupied while observing the body language of the person on a television screen holding a press conference. His mischevious eyes were betraying his guilty words. His eyes held satisfaction and content. There was no regret in them. Serene! Her fist balled up as her blood boiled with anger. Staring at him she can feel the mockery when he looked at the camera.

Hundreds of people were killed with those weapons. Little children, elders, women, men... and he was calm and composed to take the blame but not guilty slightest.

How easily this man laid all his cards on the table? As if he was waiting for them to interrogate him. He wanted them to come after him as he didn't hold back or rejected any of the allegations.

He took all the blame to protect the real mastermind. Sacrificing himself for the Underworld's G.o.dfather.

There's no doubt he'll be punished and the matter will be cooled down a bit but some people were supporting him. There's a voice in the audience favoring him. Sympathizing him. They had heard his hollow words but forgot the screams of those innocent people who were killed illogically a month ago.

It's the actual perplexity with the world. There are people who support criminals based on their ill-minded opinions. Some became victims in their eyes and some were t.i.tled as sacrificing Heros.

Amongst everything, the real culprit was roaming freely and far from their clutches. Mei-Xing's higher up praised her for the work but she wasn't a bit satisfied how slowly things were settling down. This is not justice. She had to do something otherwise what's the point of working here if she couldn't feel satisfied with her work. She needs to find some solid proofs.

Angered, Mei-Xing abruptly switched off the television before she could lose her control and smashed the set. Just then the main door was pushed open and Mei Lein walked in with unsteady steps.

When Mei-Xing heard from her mother that Mei Lein came to State F for a vacation trip. So she thought of sorting the tension gathering in their relations.h.i.+p as Mei Lein was ignoring her calls.

Around two o'clock at night, a das.h.i.+ng silver car slowly halted at the entrance. A drunk Mei Lein stepped out.

Wildy, dressed in a glittering silver mini dress, Mei Lein almost lost her balance stepping out in extra high heels. The dress was too revealing and with just a firm pull her dress will drop down. And she'll be fully naked. She covered her shoulder with a black coat as her s.e.xy back was fully exposed with a few marks. Her smoky makeup was messed a little and her hairs were also messed up.

"Mei Lein...?" Shocked, Mei-Xing asked.

Mei Lein was stunned, instinctively she took a step back, but then stood frozen. After a while, she took a deep breath to pull herself together and offering a huge smile. She tried to walk normally towards Mei-Xing.

Mei-Xing was utterly disappointed by her clumsy act.

The drunk, Mei Lein stood two steps away from her. "Are you s-surprised? Tell me, How do I look?" she chuckled before answering herself. " Just like you! Bold and s.e.xy...right! Haha..."

Her laugh was void of any comfort as she wasn't able to hide the pain in her teary eyes.

Looking at her condition Mei Xing's anger began to show up. The strong smell of alcohol mixed with a manly smell.

She smell's strange...warning Mei-Xing of what she had done.

Gritting her teeth, she asked. " Mei Lein, Where the h.e.l.l was you?"

Mei Lein laughed lightly and being drunk she answered obediently while recalling.

She chuckled a few times before replying. " I-I went to Night club... and to...hotel...and then back to home." she grinned mockingly.

Mei Xing's lips twisted with a taste of bitterness. Is that something she should feel proud of?

Abruptly, She grabbed Mei Lein's hand and dragged her towards the bathroom as she couldn't stand that awfully disgusting smell on her but Mei Lein snapped her hand and angrily shouted on her.

" You cheat, Don't you dare to touch me...stay away from me and my life, You little b.i.t.c.h!"

Mei-Xing was shocked by hearing the raised voice. Mei Lein's eyes filled with hatred were shooting daggered towards her, as she felt the chills running down her spine and someone was stabbing her heart ruthlessly.

Her, Mei Lein...her little lotus detested her to this extent that she couldn't bear her touch.

Mei-Xing was petrified. How did this happen? What had she done to be loathed by her own sister? What happened?
