Chapter 895: You Will Be Mine in the Next Life (3)
“Little Sister, have your mother or sister never taught you about making love?”
Mei’er looked up and down and Jun Xiqing again. Even though they were both female, she wanted to get closer to her. So she moved closer and said, “This won’t do. You’ll be tricked by men easily and be taken advantage of in the future!”
Seeing the other woman close in, Jun Xiqing backed away. “Elder Sister Mei’er, I think you’d better worry about yourself.”
“Alright alright, I’ll stop teasing you.” Mei’er took off a bell from her wrist and pa.s.sed it over to Jun Xiqing. “Since you saved me today, if you’re faced with any trouble in the future, you can come look for me at Ah Jiao’s Room.”
“Look for you at Ah Jiao’s Room?”
“That’s right,” Mei’er said as she appraised Jun Xiqing, “Ah Jiao’s Room is where the men spend their money. Hero, little sister, as long as you come, you’ll definitely become the head hostess of Ah Jiao’s room. I guarantee that all eyes will be on you, including the West Duke, Tang Chenyi’s.”
Battles would be fought because of her beauty. Who would conquer the world for her one day?
Two bright red spots of anger and embarra.s.sment appeared on Jun Xiqing’s white cheeks. “Elder Sister Mei’er, keep talking like that and I’ll stop acknowledging you.”
Mei’er turned to leave. “Little Sister, Elder Sister here will take her leave first. Keep the bell well. I will be waiting for you. I know you will come one day. On the account that we are sisters, I’ll tell you one more thing. You should return to Lanshan Garden as soon as possible. Uncle Jun is in danger.”
Mei’er vanished into the night.
Uncle Jun was in danger?
Jun Xiqing’s eyes darkened and she hopped onto the wolf once again. The wolf howled and leapt off with her on it.
Her white dress flew gracefully in the wind behind her like a stream of mist.
…
At Lanshan Garden.
In the room, Tang Mo’er was carried onto the bed. Her thick lashes quivered and droplets of water lay on them, like crystal beads. Her face was red and she had no strength at all right now.
The corner of the bed sagged downward as Gu Mohan finished his shower and came over. Tang Mo’er was sleeping facing Little Munchkin, leaving her graceful back towards him.
He reached out with his large palms to hug her waist. As he pressed his thin lips to her ears, he kissed her hard. “Turn over, let me hug you to sleep.”
Turn over… Let me hug you to sleep…
His low, magnetic voice rang through her ears. Her fingers curled up and she threw him a blanket. He could hug her even with her back facing him.
She wanted to hug Little Munchkin.
At this moment, he pulled over her effortlessly and her delicate body turned to face him. She tumbled straight into his embrace.
Tang Mo’er was speechless.
How tyrannical!
Tang Mo’er clenched her small fists and started hitting him. She cried out softly, “Niuniu has to sleep alone, how sad.”
“I didn’t have anyone to hug me as well when I was a child. No one to love me or pity me. He can hug his own wife next time.” Gu Mohan said as he raised his handsome brows.
Tang Mo’er was speechless.
Was he even hearing what he was saying?
Gu Mohan bent over and kissed her red lips.
Tang Mo’er quickly covered his mouth. The two of them were below the sheets now, skin on skin. He was warm and made her feel safe. Tang Mo’er buried her head in his chest and murmured, “I’m tired, I want to sleep.”
She was so tired, but he was still wide awake!
Since she already had dark circles under her eyes. Gu Mohan decided to let her go this time. He hugged her tightly and kissed her on the forehead again.
“Aiya, aren’t you annoying?” Tang Mo’er moved away.
“Mo’er, do you want another pillow for support?”
“What do you mean?”
“It’s easier to get pregnant that way.”
“…Gu Mohan!”
She glared at him and raised her hands to hit him again.
Gu Mohan flipped his body and pressed onto her. He pulled the blankets over their head. “Mo’er, let’s not sleep alright? I can’t sleep soundly before we have a daughter. We should strike while the iron is still hot!”
Tang Mo’er was speechless.
Tang Mo’er wanted to hit him again, but Gu Mohan suddenly gestured for her to keep quiet. Shh.
Don’t speak!
Tang Mo’er swallowed her words. What’s wrong?
Gu Mohan reached out and pulled the blankets down from his head, then got out of bed. He went over to the balcony and parted to curtains to take a look down. There was movement downstairs. Lanshan Garden was already surrounded!
Gu Mohan’s handsome face turned dark quickly. He changed out of his pajamas and put on a white s.h.i.+rt.
“Is Country A’s East Duke here?” Tang Mo’er’s gentle voice rang out from behind him.
Gu Mohan looked back at her. Tang Mo’er was in a spaghetti-strap nightdress and her white feet were bare.
“Who allowed you to get out of bed? Go back to bed now!”
Gu Mohan frowned unhappily and walked towards her steadily. He picked Tang Mo’er up and brought her back to the bed.
He pulled the silk blankets over Tang Mo’er and stroked her hair. “I’m going to take a look. Sleep here with Niuniu. Don’t you dare come out no matter what happens tonight!”
“No!” Tang Mo’er quickly reached out and wrapped her hands around his neck. “I want to go too! Country A’s affairs concern me as well!”
Gu Mohan’s lips curved upwards and he gave her a smile filled with love. “Don’t tell me you want to go back to the West Palace and marry the North Duke, and then become his queen?”
He was still hung up on that?
She could almost smell his jealousy.
Tang Mo’er got up and moved closer to him, giving him a kiss on his cheek. “In this life, I am only your wife, Mrs Gu. There’s no role for any other man!”
Gu Mohan raised his handsome brows and said, “What a sweet tongue.”
With that he reached out and grabbed hold of the hands she had around his neck, bringing them down. “Mo’er, listen to me alright? Sleep here with Niuniu tonight. I’ll watch this door and protect the two of you. No one will be able to enter.”
Tang Mo’er’s nose turned red as tears welled up in her eyes.
Gu Mohan let her go and continued putting on his clothes. He was wearing a white s.h.i.+rt with black trousers and a bullet proof vest. The vest wrapped tightly over his exquisite torso and made him look extraordinarily das.h.i.+ng.
He stuck a gun into the vest.
Tang Mo’er heard the commotion outside. There would be a fierce battle tonight, but he wasn’t allowing her to go out. He wanted her to sleep peacefully with her son, while he protected them from all danger.
This was Gu Mohan.
Ever since she had decided to follow him, he had given her a sense of safety and security. He had always been protecting her.
Tang Mo’er ripped the blankets off and jumped down from the bed. She didn’t even put on her shoes, and ran straight over to hug him.
