Upon returning home, I took some time to reflect. 

What should I do, what should I do?

Where should I report this?

Police? JSDF (j.a.pan Self-Defense Force)? The fire brigade?

What’s the number!! 10? WRONG! Errrr!!

The regularly seen number couldn’t even be said as it was never used before...

And eventually, with one hand on the phone, I stood still for 30 minutes. 

Gradually composing myself, my head cooled down and I finally could think calmly.

Then I realised, there was nowhere I could call for a.s.sistance.

The reason why was because this is my land, my precious land.

In some respects, if I reported it in, a blockade would likely occur.
