: Impure Thoughts

Tan Mo sniffed and wailed, If I could move my right arm, I wouldnt be in such a desperate state I couldve just healed my left shoulder with my right hands healing power.

However, since she couldnt move her right arm, she couldnt reach her left shoulder to heal it.

As for her left arm, she could move it. The problem was that it felt like she had dislocated her right arm. Thus, her healing power would not be able to do much to it since her power couldnt heal bone-related injuries.

Wei Zhiqian understood what Tan Mo meant and said, Let me try and move your bones back in place. Itll be a little painful.

When she heard what Wei Zhiqian had said, her face turned pale immediately.

To make matters worse, Ms. Hu happened to return at that time.

She was summoned to Professor Yaos room to have a meeting with other lecturers.

Ms. Hu couldnt help but think something else was happening inside.

In the end, Wei Zhiqian and Tan Mo werent blood-related.

Ms. Hu could not believe that Wei Zhiqian actually had the nerve to come into Tan Mos room in the middle of the night despite knowing the lady was living with her lecturer.

The lecturer quickly pulled her keycard out and opened the door.

Tan Mo was still wearing the bathrobe. Even though it was a little messy, it still covered her tightly.

Only one of her arms was uncovered.

As for Wei Zhiqian, she was sitting by the bed on a chair.

If they werent at a hotel, Ms. Hu wouldve thought that Wei Zhiqian was there to visit Tan Mo at the hospital.

W-what are you guys doing? Ms. Hu was completely dumbfounded.

Where were you? Wei Zhiqian asked. When he saw Ms. Hus reaction, he knew that the lecturer had mistaken the situation and had to explain. Momo fell in the bathroom. Fortunately, the soundproofing here isnt that great, and I could hear her screams next door. Since you werent here, I had to ask a female employee to open the door. Im trying to treat her arm now.

I-I was having a meeting with other lecturers in Professor Yaos room.

Shouldnt we take her to the hospital? Ms. Hu suggested nervously. Its better we get some doctors to check up on her. What if something bad happens?

Both Wei Zhiqian and Tan Mo knew what the latter was capable of.

As long as Wei Zhiqian could solve her arm injury, she could heal all her other injuries. It would be faster than going to a hospital.

Its okay. Theres nothing wrong with my body. Its just that my arms hurt, Tan Mo explained. Im just wearing a bathrobe as well. I dont want to go to the hospital like this.

Youre right. Ms. Hu nodded and asked. Is there anything I can do?

I just checked. it looks like her shoulder is dislocated. Well have to relocate it, Wei Zhiqian explained. I was trained at Lanshan compound from a very young age, and I know how to do it. Ms. Hu, can you help hold Momos down. We have to make sure she doesnt jump in pain when I relocate it.

He didnt give Tan Mo any chance to prepare. As soon as he spoke, Wei Zhiqian took the chance to relocate the dislocated shoulder.

A loud click could be heard. Tan Mo yelled in pain.

Its done, Wei Zhiqian said.

Tan Mo bit her lip and pouted, Uncle! Why didnt you warn me?

She thought that Wei Zhiqian would do something like a countdown.

There was no way she expected that Wei Zhiqian would do it as soon as he told her it wouldnt hurt.

If I had warned you or counted down, dont you think youd be even more anxious? You would tense up a lot like that, Wei Zhiqian explained with a warm smile. Werent you at ease when I didnt warn you beforehand?

Well Youre right Tan Mo had to admit it.

Wei Zhiqian immediately laughed at her reaction.

Tan Mo moved her right arm and exclaimed, It doesnt!

Are you sure you dont want to go to the hospital? Ms. Hu was still worried.

Its okay. Wei Zhiqian had to lie because he couldnt tell the lecturer about Tan Mos ability. Ill take Momo to a hospital once we get back to B City.

Ms. Hu, Im really fine now, Tan Mo a.s.sured. She forgot that she was still wearing a bathrobe and got up.

The moment she did that, her robe drop down a little and showed her pale white shoulders.

Tan Mo exclaimed in surprise and immediately sat back down.

Hey! Just lie down and get some rest! Ms. Hu scolded as she helped pull Tan Mos robe back up.

Wei Zhiqian was speechless.

Ms. Hu, do you really have to react like this? You do know that Momo wears much less than that during summer, right?

I feel completely fine now. Tan Mo smiled warmly at Ms. Hu and whispered, Well, my b.u.t.t still hurts, but its normal because I fell b.u.t.t first to the floor. Im really okay.

After saying that, Tan Mo secretly glanced at Wei Zhiqian.

She was worried that Wei Zhiqian had heard that.

When she turned, she noticed that Wei Zhiqian was smiling at her like how he usually would. There was no way she could tell if hed heard her or not by just his expression.

But I dont think its a very good idea to let Momo take the plane back home like this, Wei Zhiqian said, taking the chance to tell Ms. Hu about their plan. Since I drove here, Ill just drive her back to B City.

Yeah. Thats a good idea. Ms. Hu nodded and immediately notified Professor Yao.
