It was the wedding gift he had prepared for 'her'.
On the table, by his throne was the paper of owners.h.i.+p. When he had heard she wanted to see his residence. He had named it after her.
After the renovation, he wanted to give this Mansion to her on their Honeymoon. He snorted and downed another gla.s.s of red wine.
He had drunk more in the morning than he had in the last week.
Today it called or it.
It was the fourth of the month. Tomorrow was his wedding. The wedding dress standing all prideful in front of him was like a slap on his face and it stung, making him narrow his eyes and sneer.
It was delivered just today an hour ago.
From the heart neckline to the Mermaid tail of the gold-rose gown, everything was hand-picked by him for his future 'wife' who was AWOL.
The rare pink diamonds would glimmer once in a while when the silk gown floated on the waves of air, taunting him.
He felt rage like never before course through his veins like tornados.
She tracked her traces well to eliminate them. It was like she was taken by the aliens. Neither was she in the country nor she left it.
He had racked every legal and illegal safehouse, bar, pub and even circulated the whole country to have found no signs of her.
He wanted to hold a random woman hand and marry tomorrow to put Lei Xinyi in the same agony he was going through. If she really thought it didn't affect her than he would show her otherwise.
His phone ringed, he rolled his eyes and looked at the illuminating screen.
Su Qianwei calling...
Like many other people she had been hitting his phone non-stop, he ignored her call like everyone's. He wasn't interested in listening to anybody's condolence or pep talks.
He took a swig of his wine and frowned, But it was rather strange: Why was Su Qianwei calling him with this frequency? She had even visited his Mansion too many times to be discrete, only to be sent back by the guards.
He had asked Ji Zhou to turn down all the visitors and if there was any kind of emergency Ji Zhou would have informed him, he was always thorough. So, what was the issue with Su Qianwei?
He would have to see it too after all she had been his friend for years but later. He ran a hand through his hairs in agitation even at the thought.
Right now, he was too out of his head to bear further drama. If he wasn't going to find Lei Xinyi by the week, he was going to slaughter every one of the Lei till she decided the time for hide and seek was over!
He would blast to ashes their one spot after the other till the 'Lei Princess' decided it was time to run back in his arms!

Lu Sheng narrowed his eyes at the cool teenage sitting or literally laying on their living room couch with a laptop in his lap, typing with furiously that it was hard to point where his fingers landed and where they skipped. What was surprising was that he was looking at the screen and not on the keyboard.
"So, what is your job exactly?"
Lu Sheng had recognised him the instant his eyes landed on him.
He Zheng was one h.e.l.l of a hacker and inventor that even with his illegal works the government wanted him. He was an a.s.set. The Government had offered him a lifetime relief, wealth and a position just for some measly services.
He Zheng was a genius but just as much arrogant too. He had laughed at the Government representative and told them to bring the right money if they wanted him to bark for them but he doesn't become somebody's lapdog.
Lu Sheng was the one who sent the representatives and wanted the cheeky p.r.i.c.k executed but the lad had some healthy back-ups!
Their family had deep ties in the country roots, it wasn't wrong to say that Master Lu was pulling the strings of all the puppets sitting in the senate.
He Zheng didn't look up from the screen a murmured, "Freelancing, IT work."
Lu Sheng gritted his teeth, Freelancing IT work my a.s.s! He even farted f*cking illegally and should be convicted behind the bars!
"Do you even make sense?" Lu Sheng scoffed, "You look you are hardly out of high school! How did you even have a job in the first place?"
He Zheng again didn't even spare him a glance, "I have a degree, in fact, I have degrees."
Lu Han who was sitting on the front couch chocked and looked at the boy of his age boasting. He himself had seen the boy playing online streaming games!
Lu Han suppressed his laugh, "Oh? Ho...How?"
He Zheng finally looked up at Lu Han with narrowed his eyes, "I gave early exams then I was free so I did another software engineering and programming."
Lu Han threw his head back and laughed, "Yeah...Sure man!" He Zheng glared at him.
Lu Sheng eyed him indecisively, "What was your age when you did that?"
In their business, there was no need of a degree but Lei Xinyi wanted him to live a white-collar worker life, so he got the degrees in his free time. He would have followed her wish but the domestic lifestyle just didn't give him the thrill he needed.
"I had both my degrees when I was thirteen."
Lu Han eyes widened and his laughter reigned, replaced by utter horror, "Is it true then?!"
Lu sheng ignored his laud brother, "Why the rush?"
He Zheng smirked, "Ren, my eldest sister, home-schooled me and didn't want me to waste my time doing the regular cla.s.ses just to study the same things I knew already so she pulled connections and arranged the exams for me."
"Ren?"
"Lei Xinyi." Recognition flashed in Lu Sheng eyes. The very same girl who became an imposter to his sister and who is pregnant with Li Yuan's baby.
The same woman who was the cause of discord!
