Taking a deep breaths she said, "I know you are following me. Show yourself."

Four bulky men in dark uniforms stepped out after their earlier hesitation. Lei Xinyi frowned her brows at the sight. They did not belong to the Yu's, their uniform and ways says it. If it was the Yu's they would be done with her by now.

She just needed to confirm. They were not here for her because of the Yu's. Maybe they were somebody she messed up with and doesn't remember messing with.

She took a deep sigh, "What is it that you want?" She asked in a cold tone. Trying to know who was it this time, that she offended bad enough to be cornered in a alley.

"Miss we are ordered to get you home. We mean no harm." Their leader said in a respectful manner.

Lei Xinyi was utterly confused now by their behavior. 'What is with the respectful tone? And what 'home'? She had none. Is this their new trick?'

Looking at them strangely she said in a bored monotonous voice, "I don't want trouble. I don't know you and I expect you to leave when you still can. Don't curse me later."

Trying to subtly leave as the high buildings around made it impossible for her to climb and the only exit was covered by them.

"Miss please! Don't make it hard for us. We don't want to resort to extreme measures but we are ordered to bring you back." He said in a stern voice. Unknown to Lei Xinyi he pressed a b.u.t.ton in his pocket to inform his peers of his location.

'Extreme Measures' it has always been this way. No Benefit to talk it out but if it was about lives then she would make sure it was theirs because for survival she would always choose herself without a second thought. Anything for survival!

"Okay … I will go with you but please don't harm me." Lei Xinyi said in a small voice as she took hesitant step forward.

"Absolutely Miss! We will.... Ah!" Getting close enough Lei Xinyi twisted his left arm and struck her hand on his shoulder and the man fell on the ground, motionless .

The three sub coordinates watched with horror, their leader falling dead cold, then they hear her say, "Relax. He isn't dead. He will wake up in couple of hour with joints pain." As they relaxed feeling shock being uplift....

"SWIs.h.!.+ SWIs.h.!.+ SWIs.h.!.+'

That's all they heard and a needle is all they felt before too falling unconscious like their leader. They didn't even see it coming because Lei Xinyi may not be the strongest but she was definitely the fastest.

Lei Xinyi went back to take back her bag and keep the needle safely inside the box. She knew exactly where to hit and where to not because she knew the human body just like the back of her hand.

"Ah…!" She felt a needle piercing her shoulder skin. She touched to take out a wooden stick that smelled like conscious seizing herbal drug, that must be shot through a straw, she thought. She looked up and saw a blurry reflection of men on the buildings before the darkness consumed her.
