Draig looked at Genji waiting for his big reveal but it seemed the Rugged Deva didn't intend to start off in Materialization.
"Well we're waiting, where is the almighty materialization you were bragging about" asked Draig as he looked at the youth.
"Hold on" answered Genji as he seemed to be concentrating intently as the form of an Ogre took place behind him.
'Ogre huh, oddly fitting' thought Draig as he continued to wait.
It was a few minutes longer until he watched with surprised eyes as Genji began to grow taller and his muscles began to bulge, horns grew from his head and his body seemed to become the ogre from his Avatar which shocked Draig.
'It seems this materialization is more than I thought' noted Draig mentally
He was still unaware of many aspects regarding Deva simply because the Emperor had left him to self study after giving him the basics, though this showed Draig that he still had a long way to go before he reached the end of his Deva training.
However as he looked at Genji he noticed that he seemed a bit unstable as if he wasn't in control, this was something interesting to note though he didn't think he would have trouble when he was able to Materialize because of his close relations with the Figures making up his Avatar.
Seeing this Draig chuckled surprising everyone as he would chuckled in the face of such adversity.
"With the way you had spoken I thought you were going to displaying mastery over this, also I couldn't help but notice that you haven't fully manifested your Avatar. This in collaboration with the chips in your sword make me think that you haven't trained very thoroughly in building a foundation before rus.h.i.+ng to Materializatioin" stated Draig causing the crowd to look at him before they to began to think over the signs.
"Improper swordsmans.h.i.+p, lack of foundation, no control over your Materialization. Ha. . . . . I had even considered letting someone like you live" continued Draig as he sheathed his Rapier and drew his Thousand Fold Sword.
It may seem like he was cutting off a path towards Materialization but with the way this Genji had cultivated his path of the Deva it would probably be his undoing and ruin the foundation he had built through proper training.
Genji hearing the provocation let his concentration slip allowing his Avatar the freedom to take over as it looked down at Draig with glowing eyes and started hacking at him wildly with the chipped sword.
The Feratu laughed heartily at this, it seemed that even Genji's Avatar lacked any sense of control as he danced around the strikes though as this happened he noticed that the ogre seemed to be getting stronger and faster the longer it remained outside.
'Is it growing? . . . . .' thought Draig as he didn't remember the Ogre's hands being quite so large before as it swung at him.
Jumping to the side Draig had to admit that maybe he had underestimated Materialization just a bit, though seeing how it took place he started to come up with a plan.
"Your petty little bragging was only for this trash way of Materializing" started Draig causing the Unaffiliated Deva to look at him in surprise and a bit of dismissal as the Vampire had merely been jumping around since Genji had transformed.
'What is up with this guy' thought Ami as even now Draig still didn't show any sign of fear.
"Allow me to show you what real Materialization looks like" grinned Draig as his skin began to turn pitch black and wings sprouted from his back, horns extended from his forehead as a tail shot from his backside.
The onlookers witnessing this looked amazed at how easily Draig had made the transformation, this seemed to bring them a sense of false understanding. Their thoughts coming up with the point of view that Draig had accepted so readily because he had already mastered Materialization but upon hearing Genji's bragging decided to play ignorant to expose the Rugged Deva as an imbecile.
The moment Draig transformed to his Hybrid figure he stopped jumping about and stood in place as he watched the Ogre's fist come towards him.
'It's been too long since I could use the full transformation' thought Draig as the fist came within striking distance he sent his own fist into the larger one causing the Ogre to open it's mouth as if screaming but no sound came out.
Seeing this Draig felt that maybe he had been getting his hopes up on being able to use Materialization to be able to speak with Zarra and the others.
However he didn't eliminate the idea simply because there was a good chance that Genji was simply too rushed in attempting the technique and thus didn't perform it properly similar to how he had done his Manifestation and his Swordsmans.h.i.+p.
'Alright let's go ahead and finish this, I thought maybe it would be worth seeing but obviously the idiot couldn't even perform it properly' thought Draig as he took out his Sword only this time it didn't bring out his normal Avatar. . . . . . . . . .
Looking above him he saw that there was in fact a much more familiar figure taking the place of his Legion Avatar.
'What the h.e.l.l, how did this happen' gawked Draig as the man standing there held every bit of the invincibility he had known him to have but the Feratu Heir couldn't believe that the man had somehow managed to manifest albeit weakly and not in the full form as his other Avatars had.
However in the Cavern the woman was also staring in shock as she knew this person very well, but there was no way he could have manifested into Draig's Avatar. He was dead before Draig was sent to the World of Deva.
"You can't be there, it's impossible. What kind of trick have you played this time. . . . . ." growled the woman as she felt her nerves affecting her once again.
'Your time is over, why are you meddling in my fun after I gave you the pa.s.s' wondered the woman as she felt the need to step away from the orb
