Numerous golden lights of destruction fell on the giant palmprints, containing the power of Path Obliteration, penetrating the palmprints readily. Soon, these gigantic palmprints began to pulverize like crazy. Even the palmprints that fell in the surrounding areas were destroyed by the blooming golden divine light.

Lord Initial Zen regarded the sight in front of him with alarm. His attention was fixed on the divine body as he asked, “Are you Ye Futian or are you Six Desires?”

At this moment, who was in control of this divine body?

In the distance, the golden divine light that had enveloped this corner of the sky suddenly descended in one specific direction. It was attacking Ye Futian’s actual physical location. As long as Ye Futian was taken down, it didn’t matter if the divine body was controlled by Ye Futian or Lord Six Desires. This battle was over.

But almost at the same moment, golden runes surrounded Ye Futian’s entire body. A stream of light flashed across the void, and Ye Futian’s body appeared behind the divine body of Shenjia the Great Emperor, protected by divine light, to guard him against any potential attacks from his opponent.

Ye Futian closed his eyes as his spiritual soul also separated from his body to enter the body of Shenjia the Great Emperor. The divine light of the Great Path continuously poured into the divine body, like infinite branches and leaves. It integrated the body of Shenjia the Great Emperor and his own as if combining the two into one.

The aura blooming from the divine body of Shenjia the Great Emperor was becoming more terrifying. When his eyes opened, a world of runes appeared. In this world, it seemed to be occupied by nothing but endless runes. Even Lord Initial Zen and the phantom of the ancient Buddha could not escape it.

At this moment, Lord Initial Zen felt a strong sense of threat. In this world of runes, he detected an aura of Path Obliteration. And those divine lights that came down seemed to have the ability to destroy all powers of the Great Path.

With the descend of the runes, those branches and leaves, formed by the light of catastrophe, started to grow inside the runes and perpetrated within them. They seemed to have penetrated inside the Symbol of Wan. Even as the divine seal fell downward, countless branches and leaves had gotten inside of it.

The body of Shenjia the Great Emperor pointed towards the sky, and in an instant, countless divine lights exploded within the Symbol of Wan. This ma.s.sive and incomparable rune that had s.h.i.+elded the sky began bursting like crazy, shattered into countless spots of light, then dissipating into nothingness.

“The power of Path Obliteration!”

Lord Initial Zen’s heart trembled when he felt that power. He could clearly sense the power of Path Obliteration contained within the blows dealt by Shenjia the Great Emperor. It was something that could destroy all Great Paths. More importantly, this was done under the condition that Lord Six Desires may not have absolute control over the divine body of the Great Emperor. Lord Initial Zen understood that Six Desires might have only achieved this by leveraging Ye Futian’s spiritual soul.

Otherwise, if Lord Six Desires had comprehended and obtained full control of this divine body by himself, the power with which it could be exerted would definitely not be limited to this. It might have crushed him with ease. It seemed that his opponent was still acting under considerable restraints.

Just as he was considering all the possibilities, endless runes appeared in the void once again. Each rune had turned into a halo of light, and each halo puffed out the light of catastrophe as if forming a sword. Lord Initial Zen could feel that the threat was getting greater by the moment. With each proficient maneuver of the divine body exercised by his opponent, he may soon be in danger.

A quick battle was in order if he wanted to smash his opponent’s spirit soul once and for all, while Lord Six Desires was not yet familiar with the command of the divine body.

When his thought turned to this, Lord Initial Zen’s countenance changed as he clasped his hands in front of him and closed his eyes.

Suddenly, the Light of Buddha beamed all over the s.p.a.ce, and numerous buddhas appeared between heaven and earth. In this vast s.p.a.ce, these buddhas emerged from nowhere, all of them acting synchronously as him, as their presence engulfed this entire s.p.a.ce.

The Sound of Buddha lingered, resounding throughout the world, and it was an extremely uncomfortable feeling. Lord Ye and Lord Liberty both felt a painful tingling in their minds as their spiritual souls quaked. They had some difficulties maintaining their balance.

This was the Buddhist’s supreme offensive technique, Way of the Sonic Wave, which could eradicate someone’s spiritual soul outright. The prowess of this sound could attack the spiritual souls even within the divine body of Shenjia the Great Emperor!
