"Merfolk?" Shen Yanxiao was stunned. The Merfolk lived in the deep sea, but the ocean was so vast that no one knew exactly where the merpeople lived. 

"They are a difficult bunch, but as long as we don't provoke them first, they won't come to bother us." Qian Yuan was really not concerned. Merfolk were a little too fragile compared with the Dragon Race. 

Shen Yanxiao looked pensive. She turned her head around; a hundred meters behind her was the ocean. Just as they were ready to continue their march towards the interior of the Hidden Dragon Continent, a sound of sea waves came from behind them.

The two dragons took off a second before the wave swept over them, avoiding the impact of the waves. 

"The merfolk are attacking us?" Shen Yanxiao looked down at the ground covered with seawater in surprise.

"We're not too close to the coast and we’re not hara.s.sing them. Why are they attacking us?" The unexpected attack made Shen Yanxiao very confused. The merfolk had an indifferent temperament; as long as they did not encroach on their waters, they should not take the initiative to attack.
