A hard object fell on the ground.

One sharp crisp sound was heard, after which the room that was previously heavily locked was now easily opened before Shen Yanxiao’s hand.

The moment she pushed the door open, Shen Yanxiao held her breath.

Inside the tidy room, a big bed could immediately be seen upon opening the door. And sitting on top of that pure white bedsheet was Wen Ya in a yellow cheongsam[1]. Her eyes that were as calm as a serene lake, unfavorably looked at the intruder that had walked into her room, Shen Yanxiao.

"Who are you?" Wen Ya did not show any trace of panic in her gestures and instead just calmly asked the strange elf before her eyes.

Based on the other party's clothes, she should be one of the Lady Saints of the Moons.h.i.+ne City. And this made her really curious, for what reason did a Lady Saint come to her room?

It must be known that ever since she was imprisoned in the Moons.h.i.+ne City, apart from the Elf King and Fen Chu, no matter if it was a Lady Saint or an Elder, her connection to anyone had been cut off.

This was because the Elf King did not allow her to have contact with any other elf.

Shen Yanxiao slowly opened her mouth as she looked at Wen Ya.

Even though she had previously seen Wen Ya, during that time they were quite far away from one another. This was the first time they could finally meet each other face to face.

Her eyebrows and her lips were similar to Shen Yu's.

Wen Ya was so astonished that she suddenly jumped out of her bed and didn’t even bother to wear her shoes as she rushed her two bare feet towards Shen Yanxiao’s side and held her in her arms.

"Little Xiao, you have grown up..." The over ten years of yearning that had acc.u.mulated in her heart collapsed at this moment. Wen Ya could no longer act so calm and strong on the surface. She could not believe her eyes, and dared not believe that such a thing was happening before her.

Her daughter, her child, had appear here!

"Mother..." Shen Yanxiao with great difficulty said this unfamiliar word.

She originally thought it would be extremely awkward; however, who would have thought that this word would come out so naturally.
