A small child scurried out.

His voice lost its aggressiveness as he spoke to the policeman as if there was some strong power that subdued him.

“Ah… You mean that beggar murderer?” The policeman asked.

The policeman was about to refute him, but upon seeing the dark expression underneath his eyes, he suddenly experienced coldness surrounding him. Whatever he wanted to say was stuck in his throat.

“Where is she?” Gu Jingming held the policeman up by his clothes and walked inside like holding a rabbit.
