Chapter 707 Fu Juans adoptive daughter

As for the young woman beside her, she was all smiles while gazing at Fu Hee and Fu ChuHua. There was no atom of fear on her face which was weird for someone who was stepping foot into the Fu Mansion and seeing some members of the Fu family, that was not normal.

Fu Hee and Fu ChuHua returned Fu Juans greeting with the same vibe she gave off, while the servants bringing their luggage inside, paused and had to wait for Fu Hees order.

Since there were two pieces of luggage now, and they didnt know which belonged to Fu Juan, they had to wait for further instructions, so they stood at one side with their heads bowed.

Juan, welcome. We were expecting only you since you good father that, but it looks like you have company. Fu Hee said with a smile that was not a smile, and Fu Juan seemed to guess her annoyance after catching a glimpse of her gaze.

Not expecting them to respond, Fu Juan turned to the young woman beside her, took her hand lovingly, and introduced them to her.

Immediately she introduced the younger woman beside her as her daughter, Fu Hee and Fu ChuHua were lost. What she was saying to them, didnt make sense anymore.

I dont need to notify anybody before doing what I want. Fu Juan said to her, before turning to Lanying to introduce her to them.

Lanying, this is the Mistress of the Fu family, Fu Hee. And this is Fu ChuHua, the second daughter-in-law of the Fu family. During dinner, when everyone has gathered, I will introduce them to your properly. Fu Juan said while pointing at Fu Hee and Fu ChuHua.

Lanying in turn smiled, bowed, and greeted Fu Hee and Fu ChuHua, but there was no response from them.

Fu Hee and Fu ChuHua felt insulted because of Fu Juans att.i.tude, and the way she introduced them to her adoptive daughter. The two women were beyond speechless and coupled with the anger they felt in their hearts.

Fu Juan was unmoved by their emotions, and instead, turned to the servants and asked them to take her things to her bedroom, before turning back to ask Fu Hee which room Lanyings things will be taken to.

The servants dared not move an inch without Fu Hees approval, so even after Fu Juan has given a command, no step was taken.

Fu Hee after being disrespected, dropped her last act of relations.h.i.+p with Fu Juan, and said to her plainly, Juan, you didnt inform anyone that you would be coming with someone, so no extra room was prepared. For now, you would have to share a room with your adoptive daughter, which would not be a problem, till another room is arranged for her.

Fu ChuHua felt gladdened in her heart with Fu Hees att.i.tude and response. Since their so-called sister-in-law did not give them any respect, she shouldnt expect to be given one.

Fu Juan smiled and said, There is no problem with sharing a room with my daughter. But how long will it take to get a room ready for her?

I will tell you once its ready. Fu Hee replied and waved to the servants to take their belongings to the bedroom that was prepared for Fu Juan, before walking away.

Fu ChuHua smiled at Fu Juan, before following after Fu Hee who didnt forget to show how annoyed she was.

With no choice left, Fu Juan took Lanyings hand and followed after the servants.

Lanying didnt look like an adoptive daughter, given how old she looked. She was a young woman of FangSus age. And the irony here was, why did Fu Juan choose to adopt an adult girl? And how long its been since she adopted her.

Lanying had average looks like Jia Li, but Jia Li was still more beautiful than her, after being well taken care of by Fu Hua and the Fu family for 6-7 years now.

Mum, is the family unhappy that you brought me here? Lanying asked Fu Juan on their way to their bedroom.

She wouldnt be surprised if the entire family members get angry at her for concealing this huge information from them, but she didnt care, because she felt that she didnt owe any of them anything.

She didnt need to notify them before taking a step nor did she need their permission before doing anything. They should be able to take whatever she gives to them.

Fu Hee was already fuming by the time they got to the inner sitting room. Because she is a daughter of this family, she thinks she can disrespect us and act as she pleases?
