"Alex, quickly go towards this direction" Leo said to Alex while he pointed at the aircraft's own map similar to the one where the two survivors is at right now and yes, the Pelican uses a map and not a radar.

A few seconds later, the Pelican hovered above where the three survivors are right now, fighting for their lives on the streets.

Surprisingly, it was actually two men and a little girl being carried probably between the age of 4-5 years old.

"Give them some cover fire" Leo patted Alex on his shoulders and the machine gun just below the c.o.c.kpit started rotating as it started causing a wave of slaughter below and then Leo walked away from the c.o.c.kpit while a huge sword appeared, strapped on his back.

"David and Zabu on me!" Leo called out loudly.

""Sir!"" both of them responded as they immediately stood behind him.

"Alex! Open the hatch!"

The hatch of the Pelican opened as a blast of wind a.s.saulted them.

"Go! Go! Go!" Leo didn't even hesitate as he just jumped down from the aircraft while David and Zabu glanced at each other for a brief second before Zabu said "The one with a lesser kill count losses!" and then he jumped.

"Hmmmp!" David just snorted and immediately followed.

It was actually over a hundred meter dropped and they just jumped down without even having any second thoughts at all!

Bang~ ! Bang~ ! Bang~ !

The sound of the ground getting pounded three times was heard almost at the same time.

Leo landed at the ground causing his feet to sink in for 3 inches on the asphalt producing cracks like a spider web followed by Zabu and David.

"Primal" Leo's head moved a bit backwards as he took a deep breath

"Roar!" a blast of wind came out of his mouth sending cars and zombies flying everywhere with the cars landing on a group of zombies, smas.h.i.+ng them into a meat paste.

His [Primal Roar] this time was more powerful than when he used it the first time.

"Kill~!" Leo yelled as he brandished his sword, swinging it everywhere as severed arms and legs flew everywhere as he charged towards where the survivors are.

David and Zabu seeing their leader's action made their blood boil with excitement as they also shouted at the same time…

""Kill~~!""

David started opening fire emptying clip after clip of his rifle while Zabu waved his hammer around, smas.h.i.+ng every zombies head around him while he would also punched and kicked them, sending them a couple of meters flying.

Back at Leo..

Leo jumped as he stepped over the head of the zombie charging towards him and leaped again as he would blink like a ghost and appearing a few meters away from his original position, heading towards the survivors that probably would have bitten to death if it wasn't for the Pelican giving them a cover.

Of course, David and Zabu also didn't disappoint as they also followed behind him from a couple of meters behind.

The almost two hundred was covered in instant and Leo landed in the middle of a horde of zombies just a couple of meters away from the survivors and upon landing, Leo immediately performed a circling swing of his sword three times, decapitating the zombies around him in two's.

After that, Leo's sword disappeared from his hands replaced his overpowered rifle that does not ran out of bullets as he started mowing the zombies while he slowly walked towards the three people who stood there dumbfounded with shocked as they even forgot to protect themselves and just looked at Leo with a silly expression.

"So freaking awesome~!!" shouted the young black man who was carrying the child on his hand while holding a machete on his other.

That is when Leo gained another blind fan of his, including Josh.

A few minutes earlier.

"Brother, are we going to be fine?" a quivering child like voice sounded beside his ear.

"We're going to be fine" the young black man smiled rea.s.suringly while patting her head.

"Uhmm, okay~" she said smiling before she closed her eyes but she's clearly afraid as her body would s.h.i.+ver from time to time.

Suddenly, a shadow blocked the entrance from the corner below the staircase they are hiding in.

Upon closer inspection, it was a black man around early thirties wearing a police uniform and on his hand was a machete covered in black.

The police officer leaned in and whispered "Ash, are you two okay in there?"

"Yes, so did you get a clear look of what it is?" he slowly walked towards him while asking.

"Yeah, it was some kind of a huge fighter jet but it hovers in the air like a helicopter" the man said with a confused tone.

"What~?" Ash had a silly and confused face as he looked at his brother.

"Urghh...It's really hard to explain. Follow me and see it for yourself" he gestured for him to follow as they slowly but silently moved upstairs on the staircase.

"See?" the police officer pointed at the unknown vehicle a couple of hundred meters away from their direction, hovering the skies of the city.

"Wow, it really looks a combination of the two and its engine is like its just humming. Wait...could they be aliens?" Ash was amazed when he first saw it but then remembered something dreadful.

"Nah, I saw two people inside through the binoculars earlier" the police officer contradicted.

"What do you think they're doing? Could it be they are looking to rescue survivors or just scouting around?" Ash glanced at his brother and asked.

"Not sure"

"Uhmm...should we try to towards them?"

"No! That's unacceptable! It could endanger the life of Rena!"

"Then, are you suggesting that we should just stay and wait for our deaths? We're running out of food and you know that"

"Urgh…" Ash's brother just groaned and looked the the aircraft slowly hovering around the district.

"It might be a painful death but I'd rather die in "their" jaws than slowly dying from hunger and despair" Ash said with his back face at his brother while he laid down the already sleeping Rena at a nearby sofa.

But just as Ash turned around, a hand held his collar as he got pushed back on the wall.

"Are you trying to send our sister to her death by risking our lives by going through those horde of monsters? When we're not even sure if they would really help us! You shouldn't forget that mom entrusted us our sister's safety before she turned and...died" Ash's brother said to him with a raised voice, full of anger and with bloodshot eyes.

"Yes! Yes i do! Why!? Because I know that I won't be able to bear it, looking at her slowly dying from hunger and full of despair when the time we ran out of food here and we're powerless to do anything! Rather than going out there risking our lives looking for a small amount of food! I'd rather choose the most stupid and riskier choice! If it's successful then we're saved but if not, then we'll just die faster in the most painful way" Ash yelled back with a face full of rage.

"You b.a.s.t.a.r.d!" the officer said with gritted teeth and was just about to punch his face but stopped.

"What? You're not gonna do it? Then let me do it for you!" Ash punched his brother's face with a belly full of anger.

Pow~!

The man staggered back while holding his nose and then looked at Ash, full of anger and he clenched his fist and was about to charge at Ash when...

"*Sniff* Please..stop fi-fighting" when he heard a sniffling childlike voice which made him stopped on his tracks.

Looking at the pitiful face of his sister made his heart ache and he grinded his teeth in anger before he glared at Ash and said with a cold voice "I hope you won't regret this"

"Pack up and let's go while the zombies on the street is attracted to the sound of the aircraft" he said angrily before he turned back and slowly walked downstairs.

"Please d-don't fi-fight with Brady" Rena said with tears in her eyes.

Ash smiled and rubbed her head and said "We're not"

"Let's go, we're leaving this place and go to a safe place with lots of foods and toys, okay?"

"Uhmm...okay~"

Ash immediately went strapped his backpack before he picked Rena up and went downstairs where his brother, Braddy is already waiting for him.

"I hope you're right. Let's go" Braddy glared at him before he slowly opened the door slowly and popped his head out, looking from left to right.

"Follow me" he said as he made sure to walk slowly and silently on the ground.

"Don't make any noise and close your eyes, okay?" Ash said to Rena, who nodded in return and closed her eyes with her body quivering in fear from time to time.

Ash just sighed helplessly and prayed in his heart that he's right before following behind Braddy as they finally left the antique store that they were hiding in for safety.

A couple of minutes later…

"d.a.m.n, d.a.m.n, d.a.m.n!" Ash kept muttering while Braddy was running just beside him.

"I told you this wouldn't work, dumba.s.s!"

"Shut up and just run, you as*hole!"

"F*ck you! If we die then I will find and kill you in h.e.l.l!"

"You wouldn't be able to kill me because we're already dead by then you idiot and f*ck you too!"

"s.h.i.+t! Run over there!" Braddy cursed and then saw a building wide open with just a few zombies.

"f.u.c.k, we're trapped! Dammit!" Ash cursed and as they ran back on the streets when they saw a large group of zombies coming out from the corner of the corridor when they were just about to enter. Luckily for them, not even a single mutated appeared.

"Let's just fight our way out!" Braddy yelled with anger and just started hacking on the incoming zombies and Ash followed suit. Luckily for this two, the zombies doesn't really move fast while attacking.

"s.h.i.+t, we're really gonna die at this rate! F*ck you to h.e.l.l for real As.h.!.+"

"F*ck y- Look! That thing is coming towards us!" Ash pointed at the Pelican just a few hundred meters away from them.

"Please help us!" they started shouting with bloodshot eyes and they prayed in their hearts that the people inside would notice them and their prayers wasn't in vain as the Pelican started shooting the zombies surrounding them.

Bang~! Ratatatat~~~~!!

"Yes~~~~!" Ash yelled with so much joy that he started tearing up with snot even coming from his nose.
