A play on the saying no hot tofu if ones impatient. Honestly, I dont get it. Id think one could just pop a piece of hot tofu in ones mouth IF ones impatience. The best I could find out was that when tofu was just made, it was VERY hot in the center, even if the outside was already at a reasonable temperature (for consuming). So one had to wait longer or break it apart in order to eat it warm. Still, odd saying. :/
