Thinking of how Huang Yize treated her coldly in the past, as though he would ditch her any time, made her feel depressed.

Thinking back about it, she did not know how she managed to persevere for so long.

Back then, she was not greedy at all. She felt that it would be good as long as she could see him. As long as he did not have a girlfriend, she would pursue him relentlessly.

From his initial aloofness, to him speaking to her, and after that, really becoming her man, only she knew how much blood, sweat, and tears she went through for that!

That was why she felt that he must compensate for that. Seeing how he had no choice but to indulge in her, she felt a sweetness in her heart, as though it was coated with honey.

"Yun Bilu!" Huang Yize clenched his teeth as he called her name coldly.

Seeing the cold and icy expression on Huang Yize's face, Yun Bilu was not scared at all. Instead, she stood up on the bed and bowed respectfully as she replied, "Here!"

"Are you going against me now?"

Yun Bilu tugged Huang Yize's sleeve as she said delightedly, "I'm your girlfriend, so you must treat me well." As she said that, Yun Bilu also stuck out her hand and started counting.

Huang Yize rubbed his brows with one hand as he asked, "What are you counting?"

"I'm counting the time I spent courting you previously. It was such a long process that I don't even know how I endured it." As she said that, she even seemed to be thinking about it seriously.

Her words struck the most tender chord in Huang Yize's heart, making his cold and stony gaze turn soft.

He had let her suffer previously. This silly girl, what should he do with her?

He pulled Yun Bilu down and sat on the bed. After holding her hand, he said, "Sleep now. I'll be by your side."

When she lowered her head, Yun Bilu's eyes twinkled. She laid on one side of the bed and patted the spot beside her. "Over here."

"Okay."

Just as she was about to lie down and sleep, Yun Bilu suddenly sat up and said, "Oops! I forgot to take a bath." As she said that, she immediately climbed off and ran to the bathroom.

Huang Yize remained sitting on the bed as he heard the sound of water drizzling in the shower. He never realized that this sound could test a person's patience so much.

Once Yun Bilu was done bathing, she came out wearing a bathrobe, her hair still dripping wet. She shook her hair before walking over to the bed to lie down.

Huang Yize's eyebrows knitted together as he gazed deeply at Yun Bilu. He pulled her up at once.

"What?"

"Your hair is still wet. Don't sleep yet."

"But I feel sleepy now."

Yun Bilu was being extra coy and wilful tonight, and it was driving Huang Yize crazy.

He got up and went to find a hairdryer for her. He would not let her sleep if her hair was not dry.

Under Huang Yize's forbidding stare, Yun Bilu could only do as she was told.

Seeing Yun Bilu pout, Huang Yize stressed his words seriously. "Bilu, if you don't listen to me again, I won't take you to dates anymore."

Yun Bilu immediately turned obedient and nodded. "Okay, I'll be good and listen to you."

"Good."

Huang Yize already took a bath when he arrived at the villa, so his body still smelled good. Yun Bilu sniffed dreamily and felt that she was in an excellent mood today.

When Huang Yize took off his shoes and was about to sleep, Yun Bilu's sharp eyes noticed that her heels had stepped on his feet so much that they became red and swollen.

Yun Bilu was so shocked that she threw the hairdryer aside and immediately clambered over to his side.

While taking a closer look at his feet, Yun Bilu's eyes reddened as she said, "It's all my fault. I stepped on your feet so much that they became like this."
