Chapter 1388: Fairytale

Huang Yize looked at the expression on Yun Bilu's face and knew that she really wanted to try it, so he a.s.sured her by saying, “It's okay. n.o.body knows who you are anyway.”

Music began to play, and she moved as the carousel spun. She even waved at Huang Yize frequently.

Most of the kids left the carousel after a while, but Yun Bilu went for almost six rounds. She indulged in the music and waved merrily at Huang Yize.

After leaving the carousel, Yun Bilu hugged Huang Yize and said, “I had so much fun. It'll be great if you also join me.”

Huang Yize playfully knocked on her forehead and said, “If I joined you, who would take our photos?”

In fact, Huang Yize actually meant that he didn't want to fight with the kids for a spot on the carousel.

Yun Bilu didn't doubt Huang Yize at all and nodded in agreement. “That's true. You're right!”

“Quick, look over there. That's a lighthouse made of ice. Wow, look! There's a colorful boat and a house all made of ice. All of these animals at the side are so adorable. That's a rabbit! Is that the Moon G.o.ddess?” Yun Bilu bounced happily as she spoke to Huang Yize.

Huang Yize didn't say much, but the look on his face was warm and gentle.

This place was just like a busy street as there were houses and carriages. The only difference was that this place was made of ice.

Exclamations from the pa.s.sersby could be heard along the streets. Although it was snowing, everyone was still having a great time.

After walking for a long time and enjoying the sights, Yun Bilu was still full of energy. “It's just like a fairytale. So beautiful! I'm so happy!”

Huang Yize knew that Yun Bilu loved to have fun, but he didn't want her to be exhausted. He made Yun Bilu stay where she was and stepped away.

After a while, Huang Yize returned with a horse carriage.

He rode the horse, which was pulling along a pumpkin-shaped carriage made of ice. It was attached to wheels that really worked.

Before Yun Bilu could snap out of her shock, Huang Yize got off the horse and helped her up, bringing her around the place.

Yun Bilu was so excited, and she felt as though she was dreaming. She even wanted to ask Huang Yize to live here.

Although it was cold, her heart was warm.

After leaving the carriage, Huang Yize brought Yun Bilu to the palace. This palace was made entirely from gla.s.s, and from outside, it looked like it had been constructed with ice.

There were all sorts of snacks inside. When they stepped in, Yun Bilu immediately spotted ice cream, and she wanted to buy some.

However, Huang Yize pulled her back immediately, stopping her from eating cold food.

“Huang Yize, look, everyone's eating ice cream. Why can't we buy some?”

Huang Yize insisted, “No. Have you forgotten how you had an upset stomach because you drank some cold drinks?”

“That was because of my carelessness. I'm completely fine now.” As she spoke, she looked at Huang Yize pitifully.

Huang Yize rubbed his brows. He should have known not to prepare ice cream here. If he hadn't, she wouldn't be requesting it.
