Kang Yoon-Soo had waged war against the Necromancer Rawelkan by creating the Church of Madness.

He stabbed his own head after borrowing Rawelkan’s power, and his entire body tore apart as hideous-looking bones grew out of it. He started to grow rapidly, turning into a gigantic creature.

Kang Yoon-Soo had become an undead dragon made up of tough bones—a Bone Dragon!

A Bone Dragon was far from being on par with the Dragon of Destruction, but it was still not a creature to easily dismiss or underestimate.

The army could not hide their shock at the sight of the two dragons facing each other. The amount of pressure the creatures exuded was enough to overwhelm the entire army on the ground.

The Dragon of Destruction nodded and remarked, “Well, there is no law that prevents you from changing your species, old geezer.”

Kang Yoon-Soo moved instantly, without letting out a roar or cry as most dragons would. He charged recklessly toward the Dragon of Destruction’s chest and slammed his body into it.

Baaaaam!

[You have lost 102 bones from your body due to the massive impact.]

[Your speed has slightly decreased.]

The Dragon of Destruction was pushed back, and hundreds of trees in the area were flattened.

This was the mighty strength of the Colossus!

As a side effect, several of his bones had popped out of his body from the impact, but the display of strength he had shown was overwhelming; he was able to better utilize the Colossus’ strength in his gigantic Bone Dragon form, compared to when he had been a tiny human.

The Dragon of Destruction seemed to be taken aback by Kang Yoon-Soo’s strength, as it was slow to respond with a counterattack. Kang Yoon-Soo quickly gathered his breath before viciously spewing it out toward the Dragon of Destruction.

Dragon Breath!

A cloud of darkness spewed out from his bony jaws, engulfing the Dragon of Destruction’s body.

[You have spewed out a cloud of darkness!]

[You may deal thousands of points of damage to the target’s life force every second.]

“Kruuuuwaaaah!” The Dragon of Destruction roared before going on the offensive. Its roar instantly caused a large magic circle to appear in the sky above them.

[The Dragon of Destruction has cast a top-tier destructive spell.]

[Meteor Strike has started to be channeled.]

It was the destructive spell that Kang Yoon-Soo had used to defeat the Bone Dragon in the trial. However, even the mighty Dragon of Destruction needed time to cast such a destructive spell. Thus, Kang Yoon-Soo charged viciously toward the Dragon of Destruction.

“Kruuuwaaah!”

The Dragon of Destruction was not able to cast anything else while channeling a destructive magic spell, but it was still able to move its body by a little bit, so it swiped its claws as forcefully as it could in response to the incoming Bone Dragon.

Just as the Dragon of Destruction’s claws were about to smash into Kang Yoon-Soo, he spread his bony wings and flew upward. He rose into the air just enough to be able to fly over the Dragon of Destruction and land behind it.

Kwachiiiiik! Crunch! Crunch…!

Kang Yoon-Soo used his teeth to chew through the scales on the Dragon of Destruction’s back. The Dragon of Destruction might have shed its old scales and grown stronger ones, but it was still not enough to defend against the powerful jaws of the Bone Dragon, coupled with the mighty strength of a Colossus.

The Dragon of Destruction thrashed around in an attempt to shake off the Bone Dragon, but Kang Yoon-Soo stubbornly clung on while continuing to chew through the scales on the dragon’s back.

In the end, the Dragon of Destruction gave up on casting Meteor Strike and focused on pushing the Bone Dragon off itself as hard as it could. Kang Yoon-Soo was flung back into the forest by the Dragon of Destruction’s immense strength. He lost quite a few bones in the process due to the impact, but he still stood back up nonetheless.

Kang Yoon-Soo shouted in the Bone Dragon’s voice that resembled screeching metal, “Aim for the Dragon of Destruction’s back! I tore apart the scales there.”

“Waaaaaaaagh!” The titans and the men let out a battle cry before charging at the Dragon of Destruction. It had become easier for them to attack the dragon, as it no longer had its protective back scales.

The Dragon of Destruction tried to shake off the annoying creatures that clung onto and attacked its back, but Kang Yoon-Soo stubbornly attacked again and again to prevent it from focusing on the army.

Mini-Lich summoned undead whenever some of Kang Yoon-Soo’s bones fell to the ground. A Bone Dragon’s bones were the best material a necromancer could use to summon powerful skeletons.

Some time after Mini-Lich began ceaselessly raising skeletons from Kang Yoon-Soo’s bones, a message suddenly popped up.

[The activated summoning bone is resonating with the lich’s magic.]

[The King of the Underworld favors the races closely related to death.]

[The lich is the King of the Underworld’s favorite creature.]

[The lich’s powers that cross the boundary between life and death have affected the summoning bone.]

Kang Yoon-Soo glanced over the message as quickly as he could, since he had to focus on the battle. The summoning bone, which had become embedded in his Bone Dragon body, started to emit an even stronger green light.

Then, a strange sensation surrounded his body. He immediately understood what the sensation meant, the same way the Dragon of Destruction had felt the presence of the ‘One Who Should Not Exist’ from him. A normal person would have ignored it if they were focused on the battle in front of them, but Kang Yoon-Soo was not a normal person. He focused his senses on the strange sensation he felt before coming to a conclusion.

‘The King of the Underworld’s Summoning Bone… So it hasn’t revealed all of its powers yet,’ he thought.

There were some items on the continent that had hidden abilities, the same way the Ignus Dragon’s Amulet had the hidden ability to penetrate the Dragon of Destruction’s defenses.

Kang Yoon-Soo immediately made up his mind and called out to the lich, “Mini-Lich, come to me.”

“Alright, teacher,” Mini-Lich responded, then flew up and clung to Kang Yoon-Soo’s bones.

“Kruuuuwaaah!” The Dragon of Destruction roared and gathered its breath, preparing to unleash it on its enemy as he was momentarily distracted. The breath of the most powerful dragon on the continent was bound to be destructive!

Kang Yoon-Soo immediately focused his attention on the Dragon of Destruction once more and spewed a cloud of darkness from his jaws.

“Kruwaaaaaah!”

The two breaths collided in midair and sent shockwaves throughout the entire battlefield.

Booooooooom!

It was a contest between two dragon breaths!

The stream of explosive fire and the cloud of darkness clashed, and neither of them gave an inch to the other. However, it seemed that the cloud of darkness slowly began to be pushed back by the fire breath. Eventually, it was completely pushed back, and it dissipated.

Baaaaam!

Kang Yoon-Soo was flung backward after getting hit by the Dragon of Destruction’s breath. It was a moment that showed the difference between the two dragons’ powers.

“My back hurts. The feeling of pain is not something I enjoy,” the Dragon of Destruction muttered in annoyance, before a golden barrier formed around its body. The men and titans that were on the dragon’s back were pushed off by the barrier.

[The Dragon of Destruction has cast its high-rank defensive spell, the Golden Guardian Barrier.]

[The Golden Guardian Barrier is the strongest defensive spell on the continent, and it is impossible to break through.]

[However, it will be dispelled if the caster moves a single step from its current position.]

“A defensive barrier? Don’t make me laugh! Come and have a taste of the strongest spear on the continent!” Swemer exclaimed, then gathered his momentum and threw his spear with as much force as he could muster.

It was the Spearmaster skill, Spear Throw. It allowed a Spearmaster to gather their strength into their spear before throwing it at their enemy.

However, the spear that flew furiously toward the dragon was completely blocked by the barrier, and bounced off uselessly without achieving anything.

Ting!

The now-ownerless spear wedged itself between Kang Yoon-Soo’s bones after being deflected by the golden barrier.

Swemer shouted in disbelief, “Damn it! How are we supposed to attack that?!”

The army threw everything they had at the Dragon of Destruction, but the dragon did not move a single step from its position. It was certain that the dragon was trying to recover its wounds while in its defensive position.

Just then, Kang Yoon-Soo stomped on the ground with all his might, causing it to shake violently as if an earthquake had begun and splitting the earth apart. The army screamed and scattered, trying to avoid falling into the rift that appeared in the ground.

The ground where the Dragon of Destruction had been standing split open and sent the dragon off balance. The dragon’s Golden Guardian Barrier was dispelled as it fell.

The Dragon of Destruction grimaced and said, “You are really strong, old geezer. You always manage to find a way to disrupt whatever I do. Look, even these insignificant creatures managed to wound this body of mine because of you, old geezer.”

Kang Yoon-Soo ignored the dragon’s ranting and spewed another cloud of darkness at it.

The Dragon of Destruction grimaced once again, then spread its wings open and flew up before saying, “Let us move somewhere else, shall we?”

The ground below them suddenly distorted, and a large hole formed beneath them. The hole continued so far down that the only thing visible within it was a bottomless void of darkness.

“As far as I know, that is the deepest pit on the continent,” the Dragon of Destruction said. Then, it bit Kang Yoon-Soo’s neck and dragged him down into the pit.

As the two dragons crashed down into the darkness, a small voice suddenly cried out.

“Why is it not possible for a skeleton to cry…?”

…A single lich had been forcefully dragged down into the bottomless pit alongside the two dragons.
