Long smiled. “Then go ahead. I’ll take a nap.”

“Okay. You must be tired after a long journey. I’ll ask someone to take you to the bedroom.”

After getting to the room, Long took off his coat and lay on the bed. Although it was not comfortable as the big bed in the imperial palace, there was a faint smell of s.h.i.+’s on the pillow.
