Hyeonu thought as he looked at Duke Danyu’s body that was falling helplessly. He had greatly developed compared to the days in the demon world when he had to fight against the nobles with all types of buffs.

“King? Yes. I am Jeras and I have been given the role of king by the gods to lead the god tribe of the present day.”

Jeras, the king of the god tribe, nodded.

‘The present day? Given? Is the divine world different from the demon world?’

Hyeonu had a few questions based on Jeras’ words. There were a total of seven demon kings in the demon world. It was fitting to say that they had won the position of demon king through a struggle with each other rather than being appointed by the demon god.

‘An appointed position... if it is just one person. He will be stronger than the demon king.’

The balance between the divine world and the demon world—it was a reasonable assumption considering this.

Hyeonu recognized the gap between them with just one blow from Jeras. Attacks like the one just now could be blocked or avoided somehow, but there was no guarantee he would be able to respond to a serious attack. Hyeonu still had trump cards left. Then he came up with the best solution out of them.

“Gom-E, come out.”

A small purple bear appeared behind Hyeonu. The purple bear was the magic spirit Gom-E. Every time the magic spirit was created, Hyeonu’s stats would rise exponentially. The first time he got Magic Spirit Creation, all stats were increased by 50% and quite a lot of magic power was consumed. Hyeonu continued to maintain the magic spirit even when a battle didn’t take place. As a result, it had grown more rapidly than any other skill.

“Stay in the back with Tang-E,” Hyeonu spoke without turning to look at Gom-E.

“I know, Master dude.”

Gom-E saw Hyeonu’s rare serious appearance and nodded without complaining. Then he flew toward Tang-E. 

This time, Hyeonu reached out to Jeras. Purple pure energy was released from Hyeonu’s five fingers. The purple pure energies moved in different trajectories.

Jeras saw the pure energies approaching him and raised his hand again. Then a translucent veil appeared a short distance from Jeras’ body. Hyeonu’s pure energies collided with Jeras’ shield. The purple pure energies wanted to break down the shield blocking its path and move forward.

This was Hyeonu’s will.

Due to Hyeonu’s repeated pure energy attacks, Jeras’ shield started to crack little by little.

Jeras concentrated his magic power to prevent the thing flowing from Hyeonu’s body. Even so, it lightly passed through his magic power and clung to Jeras’ body.

“This... what is this?”

Jeras looked a bit flustered by the unobstructed purple light.

Hyeonu smiled at the message that appeared in front of him. This was the second way to deal with Jeras. Seal was a skill built into the belt item that Hyeonu was wearing. It was a skill that would consistently reduce the stats of a particular target for 30 minutes.

Jeras threw the white spear at Hyeonu every time he appeared here and there. The white spears flew at Hyeonu like a shower. Hyeonu didn’t hesitate to use Land of Mirrors as a shield. As Land of Mirrors was acting as a shield, Hyeonu prepared a counterattack. He used Mysterious Sky Demonic Strength and squeezed out magic power. Dozens of purple lasers emerged from Hyeonu’s fingers and filled the air.

Jeras’ movements stopped. He floated in the air and held out both hands toward the Mysterious Sky Demonic Strength approaching him. A milky white spear came into existence and was placed in Jeras’ hands. Jeras blocked every single one of the Mysterious Sky Demonic Strength with the milky white spear.

At this moment—

A blond-haired man appeared exactly in the midpoint between Jeras and Hyeonu.

"Hmm... It is noisy and I can’t sleep.”

He had a very annoyed look on his face like he had just woken up from his sleep.

Hyeonu saw the blond-haired man and lowered the Mysterious Sky Sword toward the ground. “Liru...?”

His name was Liru. It was the very same Liru who blew Hyeonu to the southern part of the divine world—the sun god.
