When the first ray of sunlight hit the floors of her room, Li Na woke up fully charged and with her newly brightened spirits.

The first thing she was did was to grab the handphone beside her bedside which was programmed for dialing certain fixed numbers and blocking all the outside calls, it list only had the numbers of Versailles manor's all four wings confined numbers and staff heads. As she searched through the emergency list and found the desired callees personal's number and punched the calling b.u.t.ton.

Frustrated, The other side picked up the call after she gave several non-stop rings.

"Hey, Good Morning, chicken head. Get up its..." she trailed off and froze by hearing the weird sound of his heavy breathing from the other end.

Li Na blinked twice unable to grasp the situation on the other end.

Suddenly, spark lit in her mind and the end of her twitched. She said through gritting her teeth, "Jun-hui, what the heck are you doing, so early in the morning?"

While Lu Junhui struggles to catch his heavy breaths and said in between panting. "D-Don't get f.u.c.king ideas...I-I'm on a treadmill in

gym."

"Oh..." Li Na blanked out a few moments if you're just running, why do you sound like a mating dog. Man, you seem so gross ...Try some breathing exercise and don't let anyone hear you like this," Lu Jun-hui's mouth twitched as Li Na laughed heartily.

'Why does she mean by 'so sensual'? I'm perfectly normal. This d.a.m.n woman, she called him cute once and now calling him gross.'

Li Na said, "Ok, forget it. I want your opinion on something. So, let's have breakfast together."

Lu Jun-hui saw the time and said coldly, " I can't. I have to go to the office after exercising. I don't have a free time tie to chat. I'm a busy man, lady."

Busyman! My foot.

"How many miles?" Li Na asked coldly.

"Three more to go," replied Lu Jun-hui as he increased the speed of the treadmill which he reduced to attain her call.

"Good, one lap on jogger's track with me, come out in ten minutes."

"No," Lu Jun-hui cried. "I don't like..."

"Fine, then ten minutes, before I crash into your wing. I don't mind asking Little Tiger about his likings directly." Well, she wanted to surprise the boy but his uncle is spoiling it forcing her to do this.

"No, you're not coming here..." he jumped off quickly. The boy isn't used to be around her and chatting would be way too much for him to handle the first thing in the morning.

On the other hand, Li Na's expression turned guileless. " Then think before you reject me. Ten minutes. Jogger's track, Bye!" She hung up the call before she rushed towards the bathroom to freshen up.

Li Na put her ash brown hairs into a messy bun and wore a slim-fitting black tracksuit she put up left on the shoe rack and fastened her shoelace. Looking vibrant and athletic she walked out of the walk-in closet for the jogger's track.

Closing the bedroom door behind her, Li Na's eyes lit up when she saw Butler Wu holding different newspapers heading towards the double staircase. Whereas she stood at the top of the left side of the staircases Butler Wu was directing to the right side maybe he's on his way to delivering them to her neighbor's door, at Lu Jianjun room.

She thought it's a good opportunity to sneak peeks of a few news headlines while talking to the old man. At least, she can get a glimpse headline or of what's trending today.

Just as Li Na was about to call Butler-Wu, somebody called the old man from the downstairs. A tall man walked in as Butler Wu steps down a couple of stairs and stood near the end of the staircase as Lu Jianjun came into the picture from the door below the staircase. He was wearing a black tracksuit as he carelessly tousled his piddling drenched hairs and removed his earphones as he came where the Butler stood and greeted his master. She couldn't see Lu Jianjun's face as his back was facing her but it looked like he had just completed his jog.

Lu Jianjun took the newspapers and said something to Butler. Butler Wu nodded and left after Lu Jianjun began to swiftly climb the stairs.

Lu Jianjun seems to be in a hurry while climbing the stairs with his long legs speedily. In no time he was in front of his bedroom's door as Li Na stood there watching him.

She came back to her senses when the door was slammed shut and he was gone along the newspapers. Her lips pursed in disappointment. She seemed to hate the fact that he's the owner of everything she wants, starting from the Little Tiger to a mere newspaper. However, she can't feel low and inferior. Soon she is going to step outside and work. Her to-do list is just getting longer and longer.

Li Na sighed and rushed out of the mansion. The post-rain weather is cold and chilled as if the temperature was dropped down a few degrees in only one night. It's the near end of the rainy season and the winter is just around the corner.

Around the track, Lu Jun-hui was stretching his body wearing short pants and a hoodie. She couldn't help but chuckle seeing how flushed red his face was. He could have worn a few extra clothes rather than turning into a red tomato.

"What?" he shouted seeing her laughing at him.

"Nothing," Li Na controlled herself and shook her head. He looks so delicate.

"What do you want to ask? And don't you dare to threaten me again like this, it's not going to work." Lu Jun-hui warned her.

Without waiting for him Li Na started the first round. She turned back and waved her hand. "Yea, only if you listen to me without been a child, Now, c'mon, you busy man! or you'll be late." and the race began.

Li Na didn't let Lu Jun-hui off until the red tomato turned into deep red ketchup sauce. Totally, exhausted to go to work.

At around six o'clock in the evening, Li Na finished what she had on her mind. She had to do something special for him to make him feel her presence. And now she needs some feedback before letting Little Tiger see it so she took Butler Wu's help. She couldn't contain her excitement to see little fella's reaction.

There was still a lot of time before Lu Jianjun returned home. She went to her wardrobe, selecting a few dresses out to try on as she wanted to look her best. Her first impression might be the worst but she didn't want to keep her image like that.

After rummaging for a while she chose a simple yet elegant night deep blue color dress. It wasn't too plain or fancy just perfect, for the person she wants to impress.

When she was almost ready, the sound of a car's engine could be heard at the entrance. Instantly, she picked up her sandals and rushed downstairs because Lu Jianun was back and she couldn't wait to meet Little Tiger anymore.

"I-I'm ready..." Li Na stammered on her one feet while stretching the buckles of her sandals to fit her feet before she came to stand in front of him, all in one piece... perfectly ready from her head to toe. The deep blue dress complimented her fair semblance flawlessly where she looked like an enchanting blue lotus and with an aura of elegance.

Lu Jianjun's eyes fell on Li Na and remained there for a few seconds before he turned away as the couple headed towards the west wing.

Waking the distance together, Li Na felt cold the temperature outside as she rubbed her arms and mumbled, "It's getting too cold..." although it was because of the iceberg walking beside her yet Lu Jianjun heard her mumbling.

He extended his hand handing the coat he took off earlier towards her as he offered her. But Li Na simply smiled and shook her head and said, "Thank you. I'm fine and it's just a small distance."

Meanwhile, Little Tiger was sitting in his room playing alone. His room was full of toys, children's gadgets and different shapes of Rubik cubes that were spread on the carpeted floor. Some of the cubes were solved and unsolved as the boy was sitting at one end of the entire mess turning and twisting a cube in his hand with full absorption and focus.
