10.第10章 討要糧食

   連芳洲大伯父連立家離她們家並不遠，院門高大，房舍整齊，日子過得不錯。

   喬氏一見他們兩個便想起昨天楊婆子退親那事來，頓時氣不打一處來，瞪着連芳洲厲聲道：“你們來幹什麼！給我滾出去！”

   連芳洲非但沒有滾出去，反而徑直來到堂屋找了張凳子一屁股坐下，說道：“我們來當然是來拿回屬於自己的東西！不然大伯母以爲我們來幹什麼呢？”

   “放肆！”連立臉色一沉，教訓道：“芳洲，你這是什麼態度？有你這麼跟長輩說話的嗎！”

   “原來大伯父還記得你們是長輩啊！”連芳洲冷笑道：“算計我們的東西、欺負我們姐弟沒爹沒孃，這是長輩乾的事情嗎！大伯父、大伯母，我爹孃在天之靈都看着呢！”

   “你！”連立被她堵得胸口發堵，呸了一口道：“你少拿你爹孃說事兒！我們沒欠你們什麼！說我們欺負你們，你有證據嗎？沒有證據就別亂說話！看你年紀小不懂事，我也懶得跟你計較，老老實實道了歉，趕緊走吧，該幹什麼幹什麼去！”

“You!”Lian Li was angered by her til his chest feel blocked, and spat out “Pah, stop mentioning your parents when discussing! We owe you nothing! You say we bullied you, any evidence? If you got no evidence then don’t speak nonsense! Seeing that you are still young and immature, I won’t hold it against you, so just need to apologise, quickly leave, do what you should be doing!”

   他說着眸光深深的瞪向連芳洲，沉沉道：“你從前不是這樣的，如今怎麼變成了這樣！莫不是中了邪了！芳洲啊，姑娘家這麼潑半點家教也沒有，難怪那楊家不要你！你要再這樣，這輩子也別想嫁出去！”

   “大伯父，你怎麼能這麼說我姐姐！”連澤不由大怒，忍不住捏了捏身側的拳頭。

“Uncle, how can you say that about my sister!” Lian Ze was furious, couldn’t endure and clenched his fist by his side.

   連芳洲輕輕扯了扯他示意他稍安勿躁，向連立一笑，淡淡說道：“我爲什麼變成這樣？是我娘託夢跟我說馬善被人騎人善被人欺啊，所以我就變成這樣了！我有沒有家教這種事情倒用不着大伯父您來操心，反正跟您這兒我也學不到什麼好東西！楊家不要我好像跟您也沒有關係吧？我嫁的出去、嫁不出去，就跟您更加沒有關係了！您不用再說這些話想刺激我，我啊，根本不在乎！”

   連芳洲心裡冷笑，還當她是本尊吶！

   不過如果真的是本尊，聽了他這些話只怕又會氣得刺心般半死吧？

   畢竟這是古代，當着一個未婚姑娘的面說什麼被退親、嫁不出去、潑、沒有家教是最最惡毒的話了！沒有哪個姑娘能受得了。

   不然，看連澤的反應就知道了。

   連立沒想到連芳洲會這麼不緊不慢、神情恬淡的一句一句駁他的話，那滿不在乎的神情怎麼也不像是裝出來的。

   他一時不由愣住，有種一拳打空、不知所措的感覺。

For a moment, he was stunned, a feeling of receiving a blow, a perplexed  feeling.

 喬氏見丈夫吃癟又勾起滿腔的怨氣來，冷哼道：“沒臉沒皮，不知羞恥！”

Mrs Qiao saw that her husband was shaken, she filled with complaint/resentment and sneered: “have no face, no skin. Don’t know shame!”

“對！不知羞恥！”連立重重的沉聲重複。

“That’s right! Don’t know shame!” Lian Li echoed in a heavy grave tone.   

“你們說什麼！”連澤更怒，額上青筋暴現，臉色冷得可怕。

“What are you saying!” Lian Ze was angered, blue veined were popping up, his face was extremely dark.

   “阿澤，別生氣！”連芳洲卻是越發的好整以暇，笑嘻嘻道：“真是什麼樣的人說什麼樣的話，你們要是沒說夠就請繼續！最好是連我祖宗十八代挨個罵一遍！等你們罵完了，咱們再說正事兒！”

“Ah Ze, no need to be angry!” while Lian Fang Zhou was completely leisurely/relaxed, heartily laughed: “Definitely what kind of people saying what kind of words, if you have not said enough, please continue! Best that you even scold my whole eighteen generation of ancestor too! When you finish scolding, we’ll get down to business!/ discuss proper matters.”

 連立氣得哆嗦，瞪着連芳洲說不出話來，只覺得腦門有些微微的眩暈。

Lian Li was trembling with anger ,he couldn’t say a word as he stared at Lian Fang Zhou. He faintly felt like collapsing any moment.

Scold her eighteen generation of ancestor? Isn’t her eighteen generation of ancestors his eighteen generation of ancestors too? Well, seventeen generation! This girl is definitely tricky!

   “哼！”連立重重哼了一聲，心裡說“不跟她一般見識！”，便冷冷問道：“你們到底有什麼事？說完了趕緊滾。”

Lian Li harrumphed, and mentally thought “not going to lower myself to her level!”, then coldly asked: “What have you actually come for? When done quickly go/leave/scram”

      連芳洲便道：“秋收的時候，大伯父和大伯母幫我們收了糧食，我們姐弟妹感激不盡，我們爹孃在天之靈必定也感激不盡！大伯父和大伯母幫我們保管糧食保管了這麼久，也夠了，我們是來拿回去的！”

So Lian Fang Zhou said: “During harvest, Uncle and and Aunt helped us collect the grain, us siblings can’t thank you enough. Our parent in heaven definitely can’t thank you enough! Uncle and Aunt have already helped us take care of the long enough, it is enough, we should take them back now!”

  “你說什麼！”喬氏氣憤尖叫起來：“你做夢！”

“What are you talking about!” Mrs Qiao’s anger reached its peak and sterted to yell: “IN YOUR DREAMS!”

  連芳洲沒理她的打岔，仍舊繼續用同樣的語氣接着說道：“昨晚我娘託夢給我，讓我過來拿的，一千斤，多的就算是孝敬大伯父、大伯母！大伯父、大伯母是長輩，總得有點長輩的樣，不會耍賴吧？”

Lian Fang Zhou didn’t bother with her interruption, continue on in the same tone: “Last night, mother came to me in my dream, told me to come and collect it, one thousand catties, the rest are left to show filial piety to Uncle and Aunt! Uncle and Aunt are elders, gotta have a bit of appearance like elders, and not be so shamelessly right?”

      “你少在這兒裝神弄鬼！”喬氏向來只有她拿別人的，哪兒有別人從她這兒拿走的道理？

“Stop dress up as G.o.d, play the devil (means to mystify)!” Mrs Qiao have always been she take from others, not others take from her.

    別說真給了，光是聽了連芳洲這麼說，都覺得割了肉一般的心疼，氣得整個人都不舒服了。

Don’t mention giving, even hearing Lian Fang Zhou speaking about it make her heartbreak as if losing a piece of her flesh. Making her whole person angry until she doesn’t feel well.   

她冷笑道：“連丫頭，你倒是長本事了，連你那死去的娘也拿來說事了！哼，別以爲你搬出個死人來我就怕了你，做夢！”

She sneered: “Lian girl, you really gain some ability, that you even bring up your dead mother to discuss thinks! Hmph, don’t think that you that bring out dead people we will be scare of you, in your dream!”

  “大伯母，你這話就不對了，”連芳洲淡淡說道：“我說得可是真的，沒有半個字糊弄你們。不然，我哪兒敢上你們家來說這種話？”

“Aunt, what you just said is not right,” Lian Fang Zhou lightly said: “What I said was the truth, not one word was trying to fool you. Otherwise, would i dare to come to your home to say these words?”

   “以前你或許不敢，如今中了邪，你什麼事情做不出來！”喬氏冷笑。

“In the past, you might not, but now you were cursed, what things would you not do!” Mrs Qiao sneered.

   連立倒是有兩分將信將疑，如果沒有死去的孃的話，他覺得連芳洲的確不敢上他家來鬧事。

Lian Li was skeptical about two points, if not for their dead mother’s word, he felt that Lian Fang Zhou would not dare come to their home to create troble.

  但是，他跟喬氏的想法是一致的，想要將糧食從他們這兒拿走，別說門，連窗戶都沒有！

But, he and Mrs Qiao’s thoughts are the same, wanting to take grain from them, don’t say door, not even the windows. (meaning no way. You know how like you want to enter someone’s house, but they don’t you to enter. So can’t come through the door and  even the window is blocked)

  連立睜着眼睛，定定的瞧着連芳洲姐弟，漠然道：“我想你娘搞錯了，我們家哪兒有你們的糧食？當初幫你們收了糧食之後，不是都給你們了嗎？怎麼又來要？你們姐弟倆，這是要耍無賴嗎？眼睛裡還有沒有我這個長輩？”

Lian Li opened his eyes, stably watching the siblings, indifferently said: “I think your mother got it wrong, why would our home have your grain? After we helped you harvest the grain, didn’t we already gave it to you? Why did you come to ask for it again? You two siblings, aren’t you playing rogue/ being shameless? In your eyes, are we still your elders?”

  “就是！”喬氏聽了丈夫有理有據的話頓時腰桿子一硬，叫起委屈來：“這俗話說得好哇，人心隔肚皮，真是好心沒好報哇！當初我和你大伯父我們倆沒日沒夜、累死累活幫你們收割了糧食，一五一十的都交給你們了，你們卻又跑來訛詐耍賴！這算什麼呀！不指望你們孝敬我們做長輩的，也不能這麼沒有良心吧！天都不饒你們、菩薩都不饒你們！”

“That’s right!” Mrs Qiao hearing her husband’s justified words, grew some backbone, and acted like being wronged: “There’s a saying that really good, different hearts in different b.r.e.a.s.t.s (ie. It's hard to tell what's going on in the minds of other people.), it really is good-heartedness, and meets with no good recompense! At the time, your Uncle and I , us two day and night, completely exhausted helping you harvest the grain, every single grains was given to you. But you come running to shamelessly blackmail!  What is this! We don’t hope for you to show filial piety to us elders, but you also can’t be this heartless/ with no conscience! The heaven won’t spare you, Buddha won’t spare you!”

      “大伯母這話，敢發誓賭咒嗎！”連澤聽喬氏這麼顛倒黑白，氣得腦子裡亂糟糟的。

“Aunt these word, do you dare swear it’s true!” Lian Ze hearing Mrs Qiao turning black to white, was angered til his head was a mess.

   “看看，看看吶！”喬氏越發叫起來，“做侄兒的，逼着大伯母發誓，這算什麼吶！糧食都吃到狗肚子裡了，一點道理都不懂！”

   “行了你少說兩句，省得別人說咱們欺負小輩！”連立見喬氏三不着兩的只管歪纏，說也說不到點子上不由皺眉低喝住了她，向連芳洲兄妹倆淡淡說道：“糧食早就已經如數給你們了，你們現在還來要，那不可能！”

“That’s enough, you speak less, or people will say we are bullying the younger generation!” Lian Li seeing Mrs Qiao talking three, twisting two, in the end saying things with no point, couldn’t help but to frown and look down her. Toward the two siblings he indifferently said: “The grains we already given you, now you come to want, that’s impossible!”

    “給是給了，可明明沒有給夠。我們三畝多水田差不多能收一千五六百斤，你們給了只怕都沒有三四百斤！”連澤氣得說道。

   “呵呵！”連立輕輕冷笑，甚是不屑，一句話頂了回去質問道：“你這麼說有什麼證據？過秤了嗎？人證還是物證？總之糧食我們都給你們了，至於你們拿到了糧食怎麼處理，是吃還是賣，那就不知道了！”

“Haha!” Lian Li lightly sneered, with a bit of disdain, each and every words question back: “Do you have any evidence? Did you weigh them? Any witness or material evidence? In the end the grains we have gave them to you, as for how you manage the grains you got, whether it was eaten or sold, i don’t know!”
