"The trial lasts for an hour. Whoever in the Heaven G.o.d Group and the Earth G.o.d Group that manages to secure the two Jades of the Cloud Beast from the respective gatekeeper of each group will receive the succession."

"The place of the battle is in a new, confined s.p.a.ce. I will send the map to the place when the time comes."

The man thought of something and said, "Of course, everyone's face and aura will be concealed during the trial. No one can possibly know who each other is."

Many people were relieved upon hearing this.

If their ident.i.ties were not hidden, even if they were not chosen to be the gatekeepers, they would still offend quite a lot of people when competing for the jades.

A new map and lots of information appeared in their minds.

When Qin Nan was checking on the rules, the headless man's voice suddenly appeared in his mind, "Cultivator, we are interested in making you the gatekeeper of the Earth G.o.d Group."

Qin Nan was startled. He asked instead of rejecting the offer immediately, "What do I get if I successfully protect the jade..."

The headless man immediately said, "If you managed to stop all the partic.i.p.ants, not only will you be granted the succession, you will be given other benefits too."

Many cultivators a.s.sumed that it was incredibly unfortunate to be appointed the gatekeepers for the trial.

The extra time was allocated for the gatekeeper to set up the place in their favor so they could handle the cultivators later. However, Qin Nan did not seem to be planning anything.

"So you're the gatekeeper? Die!"

As such, they had decided to work together temporarily to defeat the gatekeeper before competing for the Jade of the Cloud Beast fairly.

The remaining of the rays turned into giant dragons waving their tails and formed an ancient cage.

The three cultivators were entrapped by the cage within an instant.

One of the cultivators uttered a roar and took out an ancient sword. He slashed at one of the black dragons with a remarkable aura.

However, the sword glow was devoured before it could get any closer to the dragon.

"c.r.a.p! This man is really one of the three Peerless Geniuses. We are clearly no match against him!" the cultivator attacking with a sword was stunned. He immediately said with a pale face, "Defend yourself at all cost, we must stay alive!"

The other two cultivators were startled. They quickly took out several Earth G.o.d Weapons and talismans to protect themselves.

The cultivator attacked once again, firing a wisp of sword glow.

However, when the sword glow was about to be devoured, it suddenly broke and turned into a blinding light.

From afar, it looked like a three-legged golden bird spreading its wings shockingly. Anyone within a few hundred thousand li could see it clearly.
