Even though there were other empty seats, they purposefully sat at the table next to Tokimori. Weirdo was the nickname given to Tokimori. He didnt object to it. Tokimori, who often talked himself, smiled when he was alone, and sometimes stared into nothingness while standing completely still, probably looked like nothing but a weirdo to normal humans. He didnt care what they thought of him, but the way they were trying to pick a fight with him was annoying. All he could do was try not to look at them as he let out a sigh.

Uwah, he looked away and sighed, what a creep.

Since the more he reacted, the more their teasing escalated, Tokimori didnt say anything, waiting for them to give up. He stuffed his remaining fries into his mouth in silence.

When I told her what University I went to, she suddenly asked if I knew a kid named Yase-kun. Apparently the weirdo was a legendary eccentric even back in elementary school, she told me she heard all sorts of things about him. I didnt even ask her about it, but once she starting talking she wouldnt stop.

The three of them got excited as the one who started the conversation began to tell his strange and interesting story. Missing his chance to leave the table, Tokimori was stuck listening with them.
