In order to attend the 69th Summer Solstice Gathering, Tokimori and Yato were driven by Katsumoto from Tokyo to the main household. Since Katsumoto was both his agent and his instructor, they were close, so he would do things like get his suit tailed to fit properly, and drive him to places that were difficult to get to. He heard that if he became a first-class demon master, he would have several people attending to him like drivers and private secretaries, but Katsumoto was more than enough for Tokimori.

Katsumoto vaguely side-stepped Yatos frivolous talk. The main households current mansion was the Yase clans headquarters, so it was understandably large. Even though they had arrived at the large gate within the tall walls surrounding the area, they had to pass a second, and then a third gate before they could finally see their intended destination. Compared to the old mansion in Kyoto, the current mansion was not just one building, but many built within the spacious grounds. Tokimori came to the Summer Solstice Gathering every year and he still didnt know the whole layout of the current mansion.
