Because of course, it would dominate in terms of shipping speeds and take out the competitorslike monopolizing the trade. And so everyone else will strugglebus and not be happy about it. So the idea is that it will accidentally impoverish others. So when they talk about how tools can be used for good or bad things, its about how to solve something like that with the conflict surrounding the new ship.
