Ca.s.sie was busy replying to Joanna. Her best friend was crying because she didn't bring her along. However, her flight is sudden and all her mind is only about her uncle's condition.

Ca.s.sie is losing attention to her surroundings because Joanna doesn't stop ranting until she b.u.mped into someone.

"Ouch, am sorry sir--" she is familiar with this scent. The same perfume she could smell from those coats.

"Ca.s.sandra?" The guy sounded so very surprised.

"Shun?" She also can't believe it. After realizing this is real, she suddenly gets panic! She wanted to scream.

Quinn partly glances over his shoulder and clears his throat.

Mr. Son and Leeroy understood. They quickly turned around and march back toward the elevator, and left their boss alone.

"How? Why are you here?" Ca.s.sie asked.

"Uhm, my aunt was confined here," Quinn replied then he was amused staring at Ca.s.sandra's red cheeks. She is blus.h.i.+ng.

"How about you?" Now Quinn asked back.

"Ah, my uncle and his whole family got into an accident and they were admitted here."

"I see. How's the condition? I mean, your uncle's family?"

"Oh, his wife and daughter are on the recovery process. But my uncle who was still in a coma. He was safe from danger but still not woken up." She stated sadly.

"Am sorry to hear that."

Silence pa.s.sed them, Quinn is trying to think what to ask next. Ugh, he's a dupe being speechless now.

"By the way, would you mind to have some coffee?" He finally got an idea to invite her. How come his brain doesn't work well? He sighed discreetly.

"That's right! I owe you a coffee! So it's my treat."

Ah, she was very beautiful, smiling like this brightly, it gives warmth straight to his heart.

Ca.s.sie and Quinn went to this hospital's coffee shop and continued talking when Levi came back from his school. He decided to ditch his next cla.s.s.

He is thinking if he could confess to Ca.s.sandra. But, he had no idea how he could tell her about his feelings.

Levi texted Ca.s.sie to ask her where she is, and Ca.s.sie replied that she was in the coffee shop and so, he went straight there just to see how Ca.s.sie happily talked to someone he knew.
