Qingfeng also knew that there were plenty of dangers hidden in the desert, and the scorpions before them were only the smallest of them. He had to kill them all in a hurry and walk past this desert. 

"Five thousand times gravity technique," Qingfeng shouted loudly, and he unleashed the five thousand times gravitational technique he just learned. 

Ma.s.sive black energy formed around Qingfeng, sinking deep underneath the ground and forming a ma.s.sive gravitational force.

This suction power was very powerful, as it immediately sucked the several thousand scorpions nearby onto the ground and kept them from moving.

"Ground-Breaking Heavenly Halberd," Qingfeng shouted loudly and took out his Sky-Breaking Halberd, heavily charged forward, and broke a ma.s.sive crack onto the surface of the desert.

This crack contained horrific energy, as it directly rushed onto those scorpions nearby, and tore all of their bodies apart. 

Snap, snap, snap…

In the blink of an eye, several thousand scorpions were kd illed, and Qingfeng's Sky-Breaking Halberd punctured a ma.s.sive crack underneath the desert, as if an earthquake hahappened. 

These dead scorpions' corpses all dropped into the crack and were then crushed into paste. Blood and carapaces flew throughout the s.p.a.ce and filled the air with a b.l.o.o.d.y stench. 

The self-cultivators behind him all survived as they looked at Qingfeng with admiration, like he was a ruler of a planet.

At that moment, they deeply recognized Qingfeng's great powers. He was definitely as powerful as the four kings of the supreme dynasties.

Qingfeng had killed several thousand desert poisonous scorpions, but he wasn't excited at all. Instead his face grew grimmer, because he realized that this desert wasn't so simple.

Qingfeng didn't sense these desert poisonous scorpions with his soul before, which meant that they hid far too deep and could have migrated over.

After he thought for a moment, he continued to lead everyone forward into the depths of the desert. Not matter how dangerous it would be in front, he had to walk over, because after they pa.s.sed the eighth obstacle, only the last ninth obstacle was left before them. Then they could acquire the treasures inside the Sun Monarch Tomb.

Not long after Qingfeng left, a black shadow crawled up from the depths underneath the desert not far from where they stood. 

This person was an elder in a black robe, with an aged face, and without a leg. He was Xie Ming. 

Behind Xie Ming followed two elders, both appearing respectful on the surface.

The elder on the left had a slouched back, while the elder on the right only had one eye. Although neither of them were good-looking, they both had great powers, and their energies were incredibly cold and powerful.

The slouched elder said with respect, "Our Royal Monarch, that youth was Qingfeng. He is far too powerful."

Xie Ming nodded with coldness in his eyes as he said, "Of course his powers are great. How else could he have torn off one of my legs? I thought these desert poisonous scorpions would be able to cause him trouble, but who knew that he would be able to perform a technique that increases gravity by 5000 times. That was a gravity technique that only the Undead Monarch knows."

The slouched elder said, "Monarch, this desert is especially dangerous with the Six-tailed Demonic Fox not far in the direction that they left to. We'll attack again once Qingfeng is wounded, and by then, we can definitely kill them."

Xie Ming nodded and said, "That's right, let's go and continue to follow behind him. Don't make any moves. We must wait until Qingfeng is wounded to attack, or else we won't be able to kill him."

Xie Ming's body turned into a black fog that went beneath the desert and disappeared.

The two elders also followed behind Xie Ming and turned into two black fog. They all followed behind Qingfeng, prepared to attack him at anytime. 

Of course, not long after Xie Ming left, a group of people appeared there. The leader of that group was the Demon Monarch and Devil Monarch, as they were also following Qingfeng.
