The Peach Blossom She-Devil on the side was shocked, with hints of disbelief, and said, "Who knew, the thought-to-be-extinct sunlight bug from 5000 years ago has resurfaced."

Qingfeng asked, "When did the demonic beast sunlight bug appear? Why is it so powerful?"

The Peach Blossom She-Devil sighed, "I've read an ancient novel with a description about the sunlight bug. It was the Sun Monarch's military beast five thousand years ago, having followed the Sun Monarch into battle and killing many powerful self-cultivators."

Legend had it that when countless sunlight bugs gathered together, they could even kill eighth level monarch level masters. After the Sun Monarch died, the sunlight bugs disappeared from the Crimson Fire Continent, but who knew that they would be in the Sun Monarch's Tomb.

Qingfeng's eyes grew cold, as he quietly said, "These sunlight bug must have accompanied the Sun Monarch's burial. They're here to protect the Tomb, but because it has met me, it is doomed."

If other self-cultivators had met the sunlight bug, then the high temperature of its flames would have killed them, but Qingfeng was different because he could now withstand temperatures up to ten thousand degrees.

Plus his Dragon Bone power was very firm, such that a mere sunlight bug wasn't his opponent.

Ahhhh….

Suddenly a horrific scream came from before them. The scream was very terrifying, as if someone was being burned alive.

Qingfeng's face changed as he said, "Come, let's walk forward and see what happened."

Qingfeng and the others hurriedly left where they were and walked forward.

Just as they walked out a thousand meters, they noticed ten or so self-cultivators lying on the prairie floor before them, and they rolled around nonstop. They were all engulfed by red flames, as their entire bodies were burned like a ball of fire. 

Suddenly, the ten or so self-cultivators turned into ashes and disappeared. No matter if it was their soul or bodies, the red flame engulfed it all.

Xue Lin's face changed as she raised her right hand, pointed forward and said, "Oh no, look! There are ten or so sunlight bugs."

Qingfeng looked forward and saw ten or so sunlight bugs gathered in that area. It was those sunlight bugs that had planted themselves onto those self-cultivators' bodies, as they spat out red flame and burned all of the self-cultivators.

Qingfeng waved his hand and said, "You guys step back, don't go near those sunlight bugs. The temperature of their flames is too high, and you guys can't withstand it. Only I can kill them."

"Wind-Elemental Feather Wings!" Qingfeng activated his wind-elemental wings to form green whirlwinds on his back. He immediately appeared on top of the ten or so sunlight bugs. Then he waved out his right-hand's forefinger and pinched a sunlight bug, activating the Dragon Bone to snap it apart.

Qingfeng might have killed a sunlight bug, but there were ten or so more sunlight bugs left.

They all spat out red flames and charged at Qingfeng when they saw that their friend had been killed, in an attempt to kill Qingfeng.

Unfortunately, the red flames were futile when it landed on Qingfeng's body, as his body absorbed all of it.

The ten or so sunlight bugs' faces changed when they saw this because they had never encountered such a powerful self-cultivator, who was able to withstand their high-temperature red flames. 

The ten or so sunlight bugs were like humans and knew their abilities. They knew of Qingfeng's power, and that they couldn't beat him, so they turned around to flee.

"Two thousand times gravity technique." Qingfeng directly activated the Gravity Realm, because he couldn't let these ten or so sunlight bugs get away. Once they did, they would attack Xue Lin, Mengyao Xu, and the others, putting them at great danger.

A ma.s.sive rush of force surfaced from below. The suction contained powerful energy, and it immediately sucked the ten or so sunlight bug onto the ground and kept them from moving. 

Qingfeng walked over and unleashed the Dragon Bone's power to snap all of the ten or so sunlight bugs' bodies into halves.
