At Li Corps.

A woman was wearing the latest Chanel edition with a pair of blue high heels.

Her long wavy brown hair fell on her shoulders.

She had a n.o.ble and mature temperament as she walked into the building.

"h.e.l.lo, Miss, who are you looking for?"

When the last incident happened, thankfully she wasn't here.

But when she heard what happened, she made her mind to treat every visitor with caution.

The receptionist asked.

Qin Jieli turned and looked at her.

She raised the corner of her lips into a confident smile.

"I'm looking for Li Mu Chang"

The receptionist glanced at the woman in front of her.

Isn't she the ex-fiancé of the president?

The receptionist suddenly gave birth to contempt.

She looked at her.

For a woman who doesn't value the love of their boss.

She really despises her.

"President Li isn't here. I don't know if Miss Qin, wants to wait for him over a cup of coffee."

w.a.n.g Lu who just came out of the elevator looked at the woman standing at the reception.

Qin Jieli smiled when she saw him.

She greeted him.

Today, he came to talk to Mu Chang about a business.

"Let's go out for a cup of coffee.

we have a lot of catching up to do."

Qin Jieli wrinkled her brows but still walked out of the building with w.a.n.g Lu.

Sitting in a coffee shop on Commercial Street.

w.a.n.g Lu looked at the cousin whom he hasn't seen for a long time.

The last time, he went to pick her up. They hurriedly separated.

Since then, they haven't seen each other again.

"Qin Jieli, you've grown up."

w.a.n.g Lu said.

The current Qin Jieli is no longer the twenty-four-year-old girl who was childish.

She has now grown into a beautiful woman with a mature temperament.

"Cousin, are you saying that I'm old?"

Qin Jieli looked at the handsome cousin in front of her.

He hasn't changed. He's still as handsome as ever.

"How dare I say that Miss Qin is old. You've become more mature and feminine."

He smiled as he said but there was a hint of worry in his tone.

Qin Jieli sipped her tea as she looked at him.

"Is Li Mu, okay? I haven't seen him since I came. It's been one month."

w.a.n.g Lu looked at her, he was worried about how to convince her to give up on Li Mu.

"He's good."

He looked at her for a minute.

"Qin Jieli, this time you came back...."

He paused waiting for her reaction.

Qin Jieli put down the cup in her hands and looked up.

"I only want him."

She studied day and night just to use two years to complete the four-year course at the university.

She's always felt uneasy in her heart and wanted to come back very quickly.

So that she can accompany him.

w.a.n.g Lu's face stiffened. He wanted to say something but closed his mouth.

He didn't know if he should say it.

"What's wrong? What happened during the time I wasn't here?"

She asked calmly as she picked up the cup to hide the fear in her eyes.

"Qin Jieli, you should let go of him."

When she heard him her hands holding the cup trembled?

"I know he must be angry that I left without saying goodbye.

But I'm back!

I'll compensate him.

I know when he calms down he'll come back to me."

w.a.n.g Lu leaned back and looked at her.

'Qin Jieli things lost, and opportunities missed will never come back.

Don't you know?'

He looked at the pride and confidence in her eyes.

He sighed.

"He's already in love with someone.

It seems he has moved on."

When she heard him, Qin Jieli trembled?

She looked at him unbelievably.

"What did you say?"

Qin Jieli thought she heard wrong.

"You heard it correctly."

He didn't want to tell her so soon, but the confidence and pride in her eyes made him unable to keep quiet.

He didn't want her to live in some fantasy that Mu Chang is still available and is waiting for her.

The sooner she knows, the better.

This will prevent her from getting hurt.

"Impossible!"

Her voice trembled.

She didn't want to believe it, but she knows that even though w.a.n.g Lu is Mu Chang's best friend, he would not say this without reason.

w.a.n.g Lu got up and walked to her.

Looking at her pale face, he patted her shoulder.

Qin Jieli shook her head.

Impossible, she only left for two years.

He can't possibly love another woman and move on!

She whispered as she walked out of the cafe.

She searched for the car keys in the bag, but she couldn't find it.

No wonder he hasn't looked for her since she came.

"Let me go, I'm going to find him, I'm going..."

Qin Jieli said.

"You'll get hurt."

She smiled.

"Cousin, you're lying, right? You're angry that I didn't say goodbye two years ago.

So, you guys are playing with me, right?"

"Qin Jieli..."

w.a.n.g Lu didn't know what to say.

This is the first time seeing his cousin like this.

"I'm going to find him."

She said holding the car keys tightly.

Her face pales.

In the end, Mu Chang agreed.

He sighed as he took her to his car.

"You're not suitable for driving. I'll take you there."

Sitting in the car of w.a.n.g Lu.

She was uneasy.

She tightened her hands as she looked outside the window.

She must stay strong and calm maybe it isn't true.

She thought as she comforts herself.

The car parked in front of Mu Chang's villa.

w.a.n.g Lu looked at the woman sitting beside him.

Now, it depends on her. If she wants to go in or not.

She turned around and looked at him.

"Cousin let's go back."

w.a.n.g Lu thought she has given up, so he said,

"Ok"

After he started the car,

She looked at him

"Cousin, I don't care if he's in love with another person.

He'll definitely come back to me."

She said.

She's sure that he was not lying to her.

But this doesn't mean that she'll give up.

w.a.n.g Lu looked at her.

"Qin Jieli he's already in love with somebody!"

"So, what? He's mine, no one can take him away from me!"

w.a.n.g Lu stepped on the brakes.

"Qin Jieli you're not allowed to hurt Ru s.h.i.+!"

Hearing the strange name, she knew this Ru s.h.i.+ is the new love of Mu Chang.

She closed her eyes and leaned against the seat.

"Cousin, who'll help me? Even you, who is my cousin isn't on my side."

w.a.n.g Lu looked at her.

He couldn't say anything for a long time.

He felt soft when he heard her sadness.

He didn't know what to do.

But he can't let Ru s.h.i.+ suffer any loss.

He sighed as they quietly left.
