Chapter 2826 Glowing Fur

Chapter 2826 Glowing Fur

I was right; there was a Grimm fighting, but it was not the Bearman that I had been expecting. It is a werewolf, the golden fire werewolf, and it is fighting against a pack of a large wolves.

It seemed quite funny to see Werewolf getting attacked by the wolves, and there seemed to be no love between them.

The Grimm hated when one referred to them by their monster counterpart.

I did not get too close to the battle; I have no interest in helping the Grimm by dividing the attention of wolves which are tearing at Werewolf from every angle.

Ahhh, you b.a.s.t.a.r.ds; if I were at my peak, I would have wiped you out in an instant, screamed Grimm in frustration as the fur on its body lit up gently, sending a faint wave of heat, which I just wanted to embrace myself in.

It is a golden fire werewolf, and even its inherent fire has been suppressed, but still not completely, as faint heat still radiated from it. If I were to guess, then this b.a.s.t.a.r.d is at least a Grandmaster, as only their bloodline is powerful enough to bring out such faint power.

It is making me really jealous, as while the heat is useless against attack, it could keep it always dry, and that is the most wonderful thing.

Die, you b.a.s.t.a.r.ds, die! The Grimm continued to scream as it hacked wolf after wolf, but they kept coming. They have also learned the limitations of the Grimms and thus adjusted it; the Golden Fire Werewolf is doing the same, but the wolves are doing it better.

The Grimm had been powerful, but its lack of experience is quite evident; it had gained too much power too early and did not have enough experience in physical battles to deal with such enemies. Though it is clear, it is learning.

It is being forced to learn; not learning will become its demise.

Still, the wolves are doing it better, despite being the dumb b.a.s.t.a.r.d. To be honest, the Werewolf should have run away by now, slowly killing the wolves that followed it, but it did not, and now its body is littered with injuries, and running will only benefit the wolves.

Unless, of course, it has the healing potion, which will make things a lot easier, especially if it has a little bit of stamina potion with, which will guarantee its survival.

A minute later, it did bring out a healing potion, and I was not surprised. If it had not learned that much, then I wouldnt have been survived so far.

It drank the potion and was putting the bottle away when it was knocked out of its hand.

b.a.s.t.a.r.d!

The Grimm cursed and tried to pick it up and immediately faced the intense a.s.sault of wolves, which to my surprise, the werewolf bore and put the bottle in its pocket.

It was a very wise move because the potion had hit its system, and in the next few seconds, all the injuries it had and all the injuries it had suffered would be healed by the potion; healing even the most serious one wouldnt be a problem with the potion.

As I had said before, the potions found her, be it a healing potion, stamina potion, or any other potion. They are the best; that alchemists at home are crazy about them.

As the Werewolfs injuries begin to heal, it begins to run away; its speed is not fast intentionally, as its main reason to run away is to have an edge over the wolves and kill them one by one.

The strategy was successful; in a few minutes, the Werewolf was able to kill nearly all the wolves.

Growl Growl Growl

Scared now, little wolves, The werewolf taunted the last group of wolves which was growling at it, and as it took a step toward them, they ran away, jumping over the bodies of kin.

Another mistake, I said with a shake of my head. It should not have let go of even a single wolf; they have its smell and will bring an even greater number to kill it. I had experienced it firsthand and was barely able to survive that encounter.

I shook those thoughts and turned toward Grimms; the wolves have been unsuccessful in killing it, but I will not.

Nice battle you had there, Grimm, I said to the Werewolf, who had just sat down. It had become instantly alert and stared at me, especially the broken mask I was wearing; it was quite strong, but holes and cracks had already appeared on it.

I dont think it will even survive a day.

You have been watching, It stated, Yes, and I have to say, you are one big idiot, I replied, and immediately its eyes flared in rage, but it immediately controlled its emotions.

Hate to admit it, but those wolves were very troublesome; you wouldnt have even survived against them, it said, to which I shook my head. I have fought against them several times, which is why I am saying you are one big idiot, I said.

You have quite opinions, human, it said as it took a step toward me. They are not opinions, just simple facts, I replied.

Well, then, I would like to you see whether you have the strength to back that up, It said and brought down its huge claw at me.

Dub!

I avoided its claw by inches as it pierced into the wet ground behind me and jumped on its hand; it began to lift and moved its other claw toward me, and I let it come close to me and jumped over like a rocket toward its face.

I have watched its battle and pretty much knew its limitations, not to mention it is tired after a long battle and incurred new injuries, for which it had not drank the healing potion.

An alarm flashed in its eyes seeing me, but soon it calmed down and moved its head away so that, even if I spun, I would not be able to reach it. The only other option I have is to throw my sword at it, which of course, I will not do.

It would be idiocy to throw away the only weapon you have.

The Grimm avoided me, and I flew past it before landing on the tree behind, which was my target, but to Grimm, I had miscalculated as it spun, and now both of its claws were coming at this tiny human.

I did not move from my spot; I continued latching on the tree as the huge claws came closer and closer to me.

I let them come closer, and when they were just two meters away from me, I jumped, and it instantly alarmed the Werewolf.

The speed I had jumped was more than double than before; it is more than it could imagine having. It is not the only one with a little bit of special power; thanks to a little rule-bending, the physical power I could project is a little greater than others, and now I am using every ounce of it against this Grimm.

I easily avoided its claws, though it had tried to reach me, with one claw tip barely inches from me.

A second and a half later, I was directly in front of the huge eyes of Werewolf, which was looking at me in fear and alarm.

Puch!

I smiled at the eye before piercing my sword through in one smooth motion. A moment after that, I heard one of the loudest scream of Grimm; it had made me deaf for a few seconds.
