There is a reason behind choosing each of these people; the younger woman is Neela Melrose is a medium height girl with light brown skin and dark curls, she has a look of academic, and she is academic, in a way.

She belongs to a very small organization with only a single unranked Tyrant in them. If not for Pyramid's help, she would not have become a Tyrant, much less an Elite one; the reason I had chosen her is because of her Inheritance.

She also seemed to have many limitations on her abilities which is why no Grandmaster or prominent healer had taken her under their wings.

I think her ability had great potential, not only in healing but also in the battle. She will also be a treasure trove to me if she is able to take her abilities to the height I want.

The second is Danielle Leon, and the main reason I had chosen her is that she is in from the wisdom tower. Wisdom Tower had done a lot of favors to me, and I want to pay it back to them in some form and who would be a better choice than Danielle, who had the fourth Grand Art.

Still, I wonder how shocked they would be if they knew they had grand art for thousands of years and an only one person was able to comprehend the true essence of it.

It is the reason why I had not told them about the grand art, even if they know it will not change anything. The grand arts could not be comprehended by anyone; only one in billions have what is needed to comprehend the art.

The last one is Leonard Markus; I had chosen him not because of my connection with him or the killing rule I have gotten from him but because of the strange const.i.tution called 'Swallowing Mammoth.' A const.i.tution he had activated quite late in life.

It is the const.i.tution that provides a raw physical strength to him, but whenever he uses it, he gets completely drained.

"Thank you, Grandmaster," Three of them said in unison, "I hope you all call me Micheal; Grandmaster makes me feel a little old, and I am just twenty-one years old," I said, hearing that a flash of surprise appeared on their faces.

I am sure they have heard about me and my age, but it seemed like it was still hard for them to believe I was just twenty-one years old.

"We will address you as Lord Micheal, then," Danielle said. Even if they don't want to call me a Grandmaster, they still have to address me respectfully since I have at least cla.s.s above them, even could be said that I am a step away from Grandmaster, in a general sense.

It might take me long to become a Grandmaster, but it won't take me long to get the power of Grandmaster, especially now that I have a refining art.

"Now that my niceties are over, let's get to the business," I said, and my expression serious. "I have chosen each of you because you all have something that could help me advance," I said directly, and to be my surprise, there was no change in their expressions; even the girl in her mid-twenties seemed to understand that there is no free lunch in the world.

"Still, let me a.s.sure you that this mentors.h.i.+p would be mutually beneficial, more to you than me," I said. Leonard and Neela seemed to be having a hard time believing that, but they were nodding as they were supposed to.

"I hope that whatever you see or notice about me or each other, you will keep it to yourself. Not a single thing about me or anyone secrete here should reach others' ears, even if they are the ears of the head of your organizations or grand commander herself," I warned; I did not say what will happen if they do, but I hope my voice conveyed that.

I have some secrets that I did not want anyone to know, and some of these secrets going to be known to these people, and if they dare to tell anyone, then I will definitely going to act on my threats; I hope they understand that.
