"Tanya, let's go back to the dorms, I feel tired…" Erina yawned, still exhausted from the battle before. Even if it only lasted a few minutes, it was incredibly stressful for everyone involved. Such a reaction was shared by the others.

"Of course, but how about my homunculi? They need time to repair themselves and I don't believe they can stay out here in the wilderness with so much damage…" Tanya suddenly turned to Rose and thought up an idea.

"Rosy… these homunculi are technically born in the kingdom and they are not adults… so it should not be a problem if they all enrolled, would it?" Tanya asked. Rose looked back at her and rubbed her chin, thinking about how she could approach this request.

"Wait, these people are homunculi?! How do you even know how to make such a thing?! Homunculi are notorious for being unable to be used in combat anyway!" Rose was absolutely confused by Tanya. How could a young lady like her be able to construct a force of 2nd ascension and above level fighters? 

She did think technically nothing was illegal in her request, but it still felt like an ethical grey line. Nevertheless, she had to concede this much. She did not want to get on her fiancé's bad side after all.

"Sure, I will write up their student IDs as commoners with genius capabilities…"

"Just enroll them for having superior athletic and swordsmans.h.i.+p abilities." Tanya suggested.

"Alright, I can do that much for you. So how many are enrolling?"

Tanya quickly turned back to Alpha.

"Alpha, how many are available if we were still to produce the original quota?" Tanya immediately asked, gesturing her hands to signal a sense of urgency.

"We can spare 95 at the moment, master." Alpha bowed their head and answered respectfully, not daring to raise their head to their master. 

"Good, take all of them to enroll, including you."

"!!!" Rose nearly fainted from shock as she heard this. She already knew how much paperwork was involved for a single late enrolment, and now she had to do 95 of them. Tanya might be her fiancé but she still felt like she was going to die because of the former.

"Master, we will follow you and never embarra.s.s you in your domain. Please use us to your content." Alpha announced, speaking for the others.

"Good, my first order is to dye your hair and cut them into various lengths. All of you must complete this order. You all might look a little different but your hairstyles are all the same as well as the colour. Suspicion could arrive.

"Very well, we will do as Master orders."

"When did you even get time to create an army?" Penelope asked., cutting into the discussion.

"Oh, I managed to find free time to do this whenever we weren't sleeping together." Tanya smugly replied, trailing her fingers down Penelope's chest.

'With this, I can rest easy in knowing that no force can infiltrate the academy without me knowing. No one will be able to besiege it either because of my homunculi forces being stationed there. This is indeed the perfect plan for success. I just need to make sure I keep the suspicion to a minimum. I do not need people questioning the homunculi's ident.i.ties.'

CHOP

Suddenly, locks of hair began flooding the ground below them as the homunculi began cutting off bits of hair with their swords, clearly taking her order urgently. This sense of immediate obedience made Tanya more confident in their unbreakable loyalty.

As this all happened, the other girls just stood there confused of what Tanya was talking about. They had no idea what homunculi are, unable to see that these knights in dark armour were not in fact humans. Their bodies were far too realistic looking to judge by. Tanya was confident that they could easily fit in with other students as long as they did not overdo anything.

"We shall now head back to the academy."

For the next week, Rose was busy filing paperwork for the ma.s.s enrollment that had been brought about by Tanya. Due to the workload, she felt so tired that when she got back to her room, she would always end up falling asleep immediately. For her efforts, she swore to get herself a reward from Tanya.

Rose's ascension was well received by Tanya. She now did not have to worry about Rose falling behind. However, Rose did not tell Tanya her new job, she said that she wanted it to be a surprise one day. Nevertheless, Tanya bribes her with a spooning session in her bed, acquiring the name of the jobs quite easily.

Interestingly enough, Penelope also had the same job. This gave the two many things to talk about, however, they still mainly talked about Tanya. Tanya was one of the main things they could relate to easily. They both wanted Tanya's affections and they both wanted to show their own affections for her. As the most mature of Tanya's entourage, they brought it on themselves to manage the affairs of Tanya gossip.

Meanwhile, Diana somehow managed to become a [Warmage] because of her contributions to taking down the beast. But this ascension did not match her current skill level, forcing her to spend some more time training in spells to stabilise her current strength. Anymore weakness and she was afraid she would end up dead from being incompetent. The siege had that effect on her too.

Yuna became a [Commander], giving her far more tactical abilities than she did before. This allowed her to amplify an ally's power and defences, giving her an edge in larger cake battles. Seeing that Tanya seemed happy about her ascension, she became content with growing stronger so she could see Tanya's smile again and again whenever she ascended.

As for Erina, she became a [Swordsman], which is quite obvious. Seeing that she had finally joined the ranks of 2nd ascension fighters, Erina could not help but celebrate and show her thanks to Tanya for inviting her to the forest that day.

These feelings were of course shared by everyone.

And then the next week came.

"Good morning cla.s.s, this is Neya Alpha, I hope you show him he hospitality of the academy." A teacher announced.

Standing next to the non-name teacher was Alpha. Alpha had taken a liking to the feminine form of women and chose to pay tribute to Tanya in her form. This resulted in her dying her hair red and stuffing her chest.

These changes in Alpha obviously caught the attention of a slightly embarra.s.sed Tanya who noticed the obvious padding on Alpha's chest.

"Next is Bernard Beta."

'These names could really have been throughout better…' Tanya sighed, unable to listen further as these names were called out.

"They are all joining the swordsmans.h.i.+p cla.s.s, I hope you all, show them the respect and swordsmans.h.i.+p spirit that we are known for!" The teacher yelled.

"YEAH!!" The students cried, pumped up with their practice swords drawn to challenge the newcomers.

Tanya simply nodded at them so that they could engage in non-lethal combat.

"Knock them down and do not embarra.s.s yourselves in front of master. Anyone that loses a duel will have to run a lap around the forest." Alpha whispered.

"Affirmative."

The challenges immediately began afterwards. It was rather simple and crude, but the meaning was supposedly n.o.ble. The challenge was for honour but it ended up looking like nothing more than a street brawl.

Alpha successfully knocked down 20 challengers and earned her the t.i.tle of Tanya#2, which made her very satisfied. All of the other homunculi won the duels that they had been challenged to, easily beating the swordsmans.h.i.+p students fair and square.

With Tanya watching their every move, they wanted to appear strong. If the were to be weak in front of their master, how could they continue to serve her to an acceptable standard? They had already nearly failed to protect her once, a second time is not possible.

This display indicated their feelings to Tanya.

"WOW! SO MANY GENIUS SWORDSMANs.h.i.+P STUDENTS!" A spectator shouted.

"Alpha is so cool!"

"I want to fight them all!"

"This is unreal!"

These were the reactions to the results. In such a short time, Tanya had managed to build a small army. Who's to say that she won't do even more?

This could be just the beginning of her plan for the t.i.tle of empress.

Nevertheless, a new power had entered the academy. Tanya's army now secretly occupied the entire school and had it within their palms. Nothing could stop Tanya from doing as she pleased, she now had absolute power.

"I won't have to worry about protecting the girls as much as before. This makes life so much easier…"
