Since I picked this up at chapter 817, I wasn’t aware of the genders but just a.s.sumed it was a guy all this time. Previous translations have labeled the Emperor as a ‘he’ and the ‘brother’ of the Eastern Sky King, but on the Wiki Fandom page, the alias was ‘Princess Night Dream’ and her gender stated was a female.

At any rate,

I’ll address the Emperor as a man for now

but will change it if said otherwise. Author didn’t use the gender prefixes so I can’t really make sense of it through this chapter alone, so I’d appreciate it if anyone can just let me know in the comments, thank you!!

Now, back to the story.

The Tian Luo Palace.
