Chapter 290: Confessing

"Brat, you better get your a.s.s back here!' Old Man Devil shouted into the stone before cutting off their contact.

Sima You Yue looked at the stone in his hand with s.h.i.+ning eyes, saying, "Master, what kind of treasure is that?"

Old Man Devil saw that Sima You Yue drool was about to dribble down her mouth, so he said, "This old stone? Even this can be considered a treasure? Uneducated!"

The corner of Bei Gong Tang's mouth curved upward. She knew that, although this item was not as precious as what Sima You Yue imagined, it was not as common as Old Man Devil had put it. It was still pretty uncommon.

Now, Sima You Yue just opened her mouth and requested for a bunch and Old Man Devil's reply was so straightforward. If those in the upper realms heard it, what would they think.

After speaking, he took them back to Dragon Mountain.

"You Yue, you all are back." Sima You Yang saw that Sima You Yue had come back, and went forward to pat her shoulder.

"Then why didn't you go?"

"He didn't say. He only said that I was to stay here and wait for you. He said he would be back in two days." Rainbow said, "Big Sis, he didn't go to any dangerous place, right?"

"Give it here." Wu Lingyu walked over and said.

Old Man Devil took out a jade pill and threw it at Wu Lingyu said, "Only three pills. It should help you hold on for three more years."

Wu Linyu didn't even look at the pill bottle as he kept it away, saying, "I guessed that you had finished refining it when I saw the tribulation cloud this morning. Three years huh…"

Sima You Yue saw that there was no look of pain on Wu Lingyu's face as she lowered his head. Then she lifted it back up and asked, "What's wrong, Senior Brother?"

Wu Lingyu had walked beside her while she had lowered her head, then rubbed her head when he heard her ask the question, saying, "Senior Brother, you have to take care of the old man if I am no longer around."

Sima You Yue slapped his hand away, saying, "Don't touch my head!"

"You have to find him within three years. After I go back, I'll look for Bu and get him to do some divination. We'll see whether or not he'll be able to help." Old Man Devil said.

"No Need. That Divinator Bu is your enemy. Even if you look for him, he may not necessarily tell you after he has got an answer." Wu Lingyu took out a chair and placed it beside the lake, saying, "If it was at Yilin Continent and he said that it was at the Empty Continent, how would I find it."

"Since you felt him when you were at the Yilin Continent, he must still be on the continent." Old Man Devil said.

Sima You Yue saw the look in his eyes and it was in line with her expectations. Wu Lingyu was like a child he had raised. He was definitely a precious treasure to him. Now, she knew of his secret. If she was unable to come up with a proper explanation, he might not let her off easily.

"How would you know that?" Wu Lingyu asked.

Old Man Devil did not eat the delicacies anymore, and took Sima You Yue and Wu Lingyu away from the lake. They went to a mountain peak not too far away and, after ascertaining that there was n.o.body around, put them down and set up a barrier. He looked at her and asked, "How do you know about all this?"

Sima You Yue sighed, saying, "Because, the other half of his soul is with me."
