Chapter 242: Shock on the small island

Sima You Lin's face was actually extremely shocked when he saw the entire colony of bees disappear. However, he didn't ask anything and merely asked lightly, "Are we going back now?"

"No." Sima You Yue said, "We will wait. Then, we will go and look for the Moon Breath Gra.s.s and Sunset Cloud Flower. I hope that they haven't been eaten by those Spirit Beasts."

"Then we'll wait a bit more. Those Spirit Beasts should have all gone by then." Sima You Lin said.

"Mmhmm."

They waited on the mountain top for quite a long while before they sat on Little Roc and headed back to the canyon.

The canyon was a complete mess. Those gra.s.s had long since been trampled flat and the trees had mostly been broken off in the middle. These were all results of the fight.

Sima You Yue looked in the canyon for quite a long while and finally found just one stalk of Moon Breath Gra.s.s. She had found a Sunset Cloud flower a little before that, however, the flower had been brown and was trampled to dust by the spirit beasts.

"What a pity." She lamented as she held that half dead Moon Breath Gra.s.s.

"We'll explore a larger area and hope we can find some more." Sima You Lin said.

"I know where to find those herbs you need." The Scarlet Queen Bee suddenly said.

"You do? Where?" Sima You Yue asked.

"My colony comes out to harvest honey so we definitely know where to find it." Scarlet Queen Bee said, "I'll let them take you there."

Sima You Yue called out a Brown Bee and it looked at her, saying, "I'll take you there."

They all liked the place that Sima You Yue had kept for them and all liked her now.

Since Sima You Yue had formed a contract with the Scarlet Queen Bee, she could naturally understand the Bee's words.

"Let's go, it'll take us to look to the Moon Breath Gra.s.s and Sunset Cloud Flower." She called Sima You Lin and they followed the Brown Bee outside the canyon.

The Brown Bee brought them somewhere nearby that would have been difficult to find. They turned quite a few corners and finally entered another canyon.

"There are many of those kinds of flowers you want." Brown Bee said.

Sima You Yue looked at the patch of Moon Breath Gra.s.s as well as the Sunset Cloud Flower that was swaying gently on a overhanging cliff and patted the Brown Bee, saying, "Thank you."

"So many Moon Breath Gra.s.s without a bit of injury. Its maturity is even higher than the ones we saw." Sima You Lin said.

"This place is hard to find and doesn't have any special treasures, so those Spirit Beasts would not usually come here." Brown Bee said, "Furthermore, you're not allowed to fly in the sky on this island, so even less Spirit Beasts come here. It's only us bees who come here to harvest honey."

"I've seen them fly in the sky in other parts of the island, so why can't you do it here?" Sima You Yue asked.

"No idea. Queen said before that a terrifying existence lives here. It seems that we cannot fly in the sky because of it." Brown Bee buzzed his wings as he replied.

"A terrifying existence? Did Scarlet Queen Bee say what it was?" Sima You Yue looked at Sima You Lin and told him about what the Brown Bee had told her. From the way he looked, it seemed as if he didn't know much about it either.

"Nope. Queen only said that we are not to randomly fly around. We should only harvest honey quietly." Brown Bee said.

Alright, I understand." Sima You Yue kept Brown Bee away and said, "Let's begin to pick the herbs."

She handed a jade box to Sima You Lin and said, "Leave the Moon Breath Gra.s.s to me, you go over to the Sunset Cloud Flower, take it and put it in the box."

Sima You Lin nodded, took the box and headed to the overhanging cliff over there.

Sima You Yue squatted down, took out a trowel and began to dig out the Moon Breath Gra.s.s.

The ones here were quite mature, filling her hard with joy.

"There are no sea pill ingredients in the Spirit PaG.o.da, so I definitely have to harvest these ones well. Or else, there won't be any to use in the future if I need them."

Sima You Lin took the box and returned very quickly and he helped Sima You Yue dig for those Moon Breath Gra.s.s.

After the duo had successfully wiped out the entire area, they took Little Roc and rushed back. She suddenly felt a terrifying aura come from the bottom of the Forgotten Worry Island and all the flying creatures on the island all suddenly escaped. Those birds all flew into the air.

Sima You Yue and Sima You Lin exchanged glances and got Little Roc to fly even quicker. They very quickly returned to the camp.

"Young Master, you've returned." Eldest Senior released a breath when he saw them return.

"What happened? Why are those Spirit Beasts so agitated?" Someone asked.

"We felt a wave of a very dangerous aura. We have to rush out of here. I have a feeling that something dangerous will happen if we don't leave." Sima You Yue said.

"But the Moon Breath Gra.s.s and Sunset Cloud Flower…"

"We've already picked them. There's not enough time now, we should all sit on Little Roc and leave." Sima You Yue said.

Eldest Senior looked at Sima You Lin for a moment and saw him nod his head. He said, "All go up the Divine Beast's back. We will head for the boat immediately."

The guards could feel that terrifying aura as well as they hopped on Little Roc's back. Little Roc flapped his huge wings and took them towards the direction where their boat was docked.

Many flying spirit beasts could feel the dangers as they flapped their wings to escape as well. However, they were not quick and were quickly overtaken by Little Roc.

As they flew to the seaside, they saw the boat frozen in the bay.

"No movement!" Sima You Yue said when she saw that the flying creatures in front had all frozen still.

"Master, the things in front have been frozen. I can't go out." Little Roc said.

Sima You Yue sent out her Spiritual Qi but her attacks appeared to have encountered something and disappeared into nothing.

When they saw this, everyone turned pale with fright.

"Let me!" Eldest Senior called out loudly and sent out his an attack of his Spiritual Qi. However, the result was the same. It had disappeared into nothing.

"What is going on?" Someone yelled.

Sima You Yue let Little Roc land as she looked at the separated scene that had no shadow. She called out Little Roar and threw him across, saying, "Go and try."

"Wa wa, Yue Yue what are you doing!" Little Roar who had just come out had no idea what was happened and cried out loudly.

"We're being locked in by something, see if you can figure something out." Sima You Yue said.

"Hurts like crazy!" Little Roar flew out quite far and lay on the ground, glaring at Sima You Yue with grievance.

However, he could immediately feel that dangerous aura as he stopped dawdling and jumped out, "Oh d.a.m.n, what is going on here? Such a scary aura!"

Sima You Yue saw Little Roar fly out and knew that thing could not stop him and urged, "Quickly get us out!"

"Okay." Little Roar ran over on his little short legs, but he could not run quickly and it was a long moment before he arrive. He stretched out his claws and drew a blue circle on an area nearby. "The opponent is quite strong. I can only make one about this big."

Sima You Yue looked at that blue circle, stooped down and exited.

The Sima Clansmen did not waste time and all stopped down and exited from that circle.

"On the boat!" Eldest Senior was the last one out as he ordered.

Those who remained on the boat had long since seen that things over there were not going right and they immediately set off once everyone had boarded.

Once the boat left the coast, the Sima Clansmen finally felt as if they were granted a new life as they stood on the deck.

"Guys look, what is that!" A guard shouted as he pointed to the Forgotten Worry Island. His voice was dripped with fright.
