Xiang Shaoyun's body trembled when he heard that voice. Joy covered his face as he took out the ancient coffin from his astral cosmos sea without hesitating. The coffin successfully blocked Eunuch Dong's attack. Meanwhile, Eunuch Dong was confused when he saw the coffin.

"Is this coffin your final trump card? Break!" Eunuch Dong exerted more strength into his claw with a look of disdain, attempting to crush the coffin with his grip.

However, he found that the coffin was incomparably tough. It was made of true god-grade materials. Even Eunuch Dong was having difficulty damaging it. A terrifying power erupted from within the coffin, and numerous bolts of lightning burst out. Meanwhile, a rain of lightning fell from the sky and penetrated Eunuch Dong's seal before shooting toward the ancient coffin.

The sudden change gave Eunuch Dong a great fright. He assumed that the coffin had caused a lightning tribulation. But just as the lightning bolts were about to strike the coffin, the coffin lid slid off, and a figure flew out. All the lightning bolts were swallowed by that figure.

Xiang Shaoyun was almost within reach of all the lightning. He could clearly feel that these lightning bolts were no weaker than the primal chaos lightning he had received previously. In fact, these lightning bolts were even more destructive, capable of smiting him into nothingness. Fortunately, these lightning bolts were here for the person in the coffin. He would have no chance against them.

"Father, you've finally recovered?" asked Xiang Shaoyun as a layer of mist covered his eyes.

"Whatever you are, die!" roared Eunuch Dong when he sensed the pressure the newcomer was giving him. A pair of spectral claws appeared in his hands. The pair of claws was a true god-grade weapon. With the claws, his Nine Yin Spirit Claw Technique would be even stronger.

Once again, Eunuch Dong attacked, launching attacks even more overbearing than before. It seemed as though he was going to rip the sky itself apart with his unstoppable claws.

"Father, watch out!" Xiang Shaoyun exclaimed in alarm.

Just as the claws were about to strike the human surrounded by lightning, the ancient coffin flew over and collided against the pair of claws.

The ancient coffin was made of god-grade materials. The moment it collided against the claws, a massive sound erupted. The coffin demonstrated its excellent resilience, shattering even the energy claws before continuing toward Eunuch Dong.

"Impossible!" Eunuch Dong exclaimed in disbelief.

Just as he was about to move aside, the figure inside the coffin finished absorbing all the lightning energy, revealing a faintly discernible, incorporeal figure.

"Mere trickeries," said Eunuch Dong as he brandished both his arms, releasing strand after strand of yin baleful energy. The strands rapidly converged into a massive concentration of blue energy.

A massive specter appeared in the sky. The massive amount of sinister energy around the specter could cause all opponents to cower before it. A pair of terrifying claws shot out, seemingly trying to tear the entire world apart. That was Eunuch Dong's true strength, a strength that could slaughter even fourth-stage Gods.

"You must be courting death for daring to bully my son, you genderless fellow," a loud voice rang out.

The voice was explosive and powerful, akin to a thunderclap that could slam right into one's heart. A lightning rune flew out, and a vast amount of lightning energy converged around it. The power of lightning was a power of extreme yang, and it instantly cleared the sky of the massive specter.

Wherever the lightning rune reached, the yin baleful energy would recede. The lightning rune seemed unstoppable. 

Eunuch Dong was greatly frightened, leaping away without hesitating. He definitely lacked the courage to face such an attack head on. But immediately after he leaped away, a figure appeared above him and stomped down at his face.

"Ahhh!"

The unavoidable stomp landed on Eunuch Dong's face, sending him dropping to the ground, his nose bleeding. The figure did not stop attacking. He descended from the sky and sent one lightning rune after another after Eunuch Dong. Each rune was powerful enough to shake the heavens as though the god of thunder had personally descended upon the mortal worth. The bombardment caused Eunuch Dong to bleed everywhere, his wails ringing incessantly.

"Go to hell and suffer for your sins, eunuch!" roared the figure as he grabbed Eunuch Dong's head and used the profundity of lightning to gather a large amount of lightning, preparing to deal the final blow to Eunuch Dong.

"Father, keep him alive," Xiang Shaoyun called out.

Unfortunately, Xiang Shaoyun was too late. A destructive explosion erupted, blasting Eunuch Dong's head apart, destroying even Eunuch Dong's soul. When the dust settled, an imposing figure could be seen hovering in the sky. It was none other than Xiang Shaoyun's father, Xiang Yangzhan.

Xiang Yangzhan's physical features were similar to Xiang Shaoyun's. While he wasn't as handsome as Xiang Shaoyun, he had a resolute and chiseled face. His eyes seemed to contain a vast amount of lightning and emanated boundless confidence. His tall and straight body was clad in purple armor. Surrounded by crackling lightning currents, he looked incredibly domineering.

If he stood beside Xiang Shaoyun, the two wouldn't look like father and son. They would look more like siblings, as Xiang Yangzhan looked only about 30 years old.

Looking at his father, Xiang Shaoyun choked with tears as he called out, "Father!"

In his memories, his father used to dote upon him greatly when he was a child. He would be given anything he wanted. If possible, his father would even pluck the stars from the sky for his son. Xiang Yangzhan acted as both Xiang Shaoyun's father and mother, becoming the most important person in Xiang Shaoyun's life. Not even Xiang Shaoyun's mother could overtake his father's position in his heart.

Thus, Xiang Shaoyun could no longer control his emotions after seeing his father. After all, they had been separated for almost 30 years. Xiang Yangzhan came before Xiang Shaoyun with a gratified look on his face. 

He patted Xiang Shaoyun's shoulders and said, "I knew my son was an absolute genius. Hahaha!" 

His laugh was warm, as though he was venting all the negative emotions he had accumulated over the years.

Xiang Shaoyun smiled and said, "Father, I've missed you greatly over the years."

"Um. I know. You must have suffered a lot. From now on, your father is around. I'll slaughter the entire family of anyone who dares to bully you," declared Xiang Yangzhan overbearingly.
