He brandished his sword and sent a slash forward. The sword tore through the sea of lightning and shot toward Xiang Shaoyun's vitals. The might of his Innate Flame Physique was fully displayed as all eight of his stars erupted and granted him a boundless combat strength capable of matching a peak Soul Foundation Realm expert.

Di Lin's strength surprised Xiang Shaoyun's, but Xiang Shaoyun showed no fear. He sneered and said, "I don't know how you survived, but you will die again today."

He took out the Overlord Skyslaying Saber and swung it, unleashing a wave of lightning infused with thick saber intent forward. Lightning and fire collided as the saber and the sword clashed, spreading destruction all around them.

While the two were engaged in combat, Yu Caidie took the opportunity to rush toward her phoenix.
