After a moment's thought, Theo spoke again.

"Are there reports on other information? For example, reports on those who are in constant communication with [Turning White]."

"Of course, O Great Warrior of Light. We have been continuously monitoring the situation of three individuals and documenting it. Though, the information we gathered wasn't much."

Theo nodded.

'Just like in this story, efficient and thorough. Perfect for delegating tasks related to the Order.'

Though doing it himself would be the safest and surest, Theo is currently too busy, needing at least ten bodies.

Excluding 8 hours for sleep and personal hygiene, he has 16 hours left in a day.

He usually allocates 8 of those hours for training and eating, leaving him with only about 8 hours of spare time.

However, there's something he needs to settle before taking in Langkter.

Theo asked Sara.

"Sara. What should we do with Langkter?"

"Ah, f*cking delicious. I could eat this steak for a month straight and not get tired of it."

"Agreed. Let's replenish the blood we lost. Losing so much blood made me dizzy."

Thinking, 'This should settle any obligations between the Practitioners and Langkter,' Theo said to Langkter, "Archbishop, if you've finished your meal, let's talk in private."

Food was still piled in front of Langkter.

However, he immediately nodded,

"I finished eating a while ago, O Great Warrior of Light! I know a good room for us to talk. Please, follow me."

Langkter quickly got up, ready to lead the way.

Following him, Theo said to the others,

"Those who have finished eating, please follow. Those who haven't, please continue your meal."

Taylor, Fyat, and Claire rose from their seats to follow Theo.

Among the Practitioners, only Sara followed Theo.

Inside the office located in Langkter's mansion, Langkter, along with his assistant, piled reports related to [Turning White] on the office desk.

Theo sat regally in the chair in front of Langkter's desk, as if it were his own seat.

Leaning back in the chair, Theo quickly went through the reports.

The reports were over a thousand pages long, but Theo managed to read all of them in less than 30 minutes, thanks to speed-reading magic powered by a device he got from Sonya.

Theo spoke to Langkter, who stood before him with his hands politely clasped.

"So, to summarize, the permanent Angelification experiment is less than halfway completed. The current whereabouts of Hyeon of [Turning White], are unknown, and you've been instructed to contact them once the progress exceeds half."

"That's correct, O Great Warrior of Light."

"Why hasn't it reached halfway, despite years of work?"

"Due to the utmost secrecy required for this research, we've run into many setbacks. It's a top-secret matter, not just for the Order but also for the Practitioners."

Theo looked at Sara.

Sara nodded and replied,

"That's right. No matter the task, this bastard Langkter never gave us a clear reason. Until hearing the truth from you, Theo, it was only a suspicion that he was using us for some ulterior motive."

Theo pondered for a moment.

'To draw out Hyeon, we'll need to increase the progress of the Angelification experiment.'

"That's correct. However, it's to see the bigger picture."

Langkter still didn't understand what Theo was saying.

"What does that mean...?"

"As soon as we show signs of making this public, they will wreak havoc within the Order. Sending large knight squads to several locations... they have the capability to do so. Who do you think will benefit the most from that?"
