He isn't the only person who doesn't know.
No one in this world does.
This is because Jennifer Aniston is currently a n.o.body.
She is just one of the endless amounts of struggling actresses in Hollywood, trying to get someone to notice them and giving them a chance.
That is the harsh reality.
You understand it very well from experience.
From your knowledge, Jennifer will get her moment of fame eventually. It will be around 1994, when the sitcom comedy Friends begins to air on NBC network.
The sitcom will make her one of the leading and highest-paid actresses in Hollywood.
The show has brought you many laughers over the years. You just love the antics between all the main characters as they live their fictional life in Manhattan, New York City.
Even if that is the case, you realize you shouldn't get so emotional over something like this.
Your friend isn't in the fault.
You quickly calm down and straighten yourself, returning to your normal and calm demeanor.
"Sorry. I got a bit emotional since she looks like someone I used to admire."
You apologize to Mark. His eyes narrow slightly.
"Really? You even know her name. Don't tell me that they have the same name as well?"
Unfortunately, Mark isn't exactly a fool. And he didn't appreciate you treating him like one no matter the occasion.
Although Mark could have dropped the whole matter just like many times before, he is curious of how you know the gorgeous 22 years old girl.
Jennifer Aniston is a beauty after all.
Even though you didn't want to, your mind works out what Mark is thinking fairly quickly.
Having higher intelligence is both a curse and gift.
Jennifer takes note of your friend's question and begins to question you in her mind. She is relatively sure that she has never seen you before, so how could you know her name?
Not only that, you know her full name as well.
You let out a chuckle.
Instead of answering the question, you bend down and pick up a folder off the road.
Jennifer has dropped this when she was thrown onto the road.
"Here you go, Jennifer. This is yours, right? It has your name on it."
You hand over the folder with her name visibly imprinted in full on the front.
However, as the folder was lying facedown on the asphalt, it is difficult to accept that you could read the name off the front when it flew out of her hands.
This little bit didn't slip past you, but it did give you some time to come with an answer.
You decide to stop beating the bush and quickly scan through her recent history. She has been a very busy girl, working here and there as telemarketer, waitress and bike messenger to make ends all while trying to become an actress.
She has an uncredited minor role in the widely critically panned sci-fi adventure film Mac and Me. She also appeared on The Howard Stem Show as a spokesmodel for Nutrisystem due to her gorgeous look, but that didn't bring her any fame either.
Jennifer did have some good breakthroughs recently with the short-lived television series called Molly and Ferris Bueller. She secures the role in both series through a rather unethical mean. This knowledge ruins her image in your mind more than a little.
Unfortunately, fate has other things in mind.
"I saw you playing as Courtney Walker on the show Molly. I thought you were very good. It is just too bad that the show got cancel."
In truth, you have never watched Molly, the sitcom that runs for about a couple of months last year, in 1990. It got canceled before all the episodes could be aired because it was beyond s.h.i.+t.
Laced with your ability, the Voice of Reason. Both Mark and Jennifer accept the explanation without any further suspicion.
"Anyway. Sorry for hitting you with the car. Your friend runs off somewhere, not bothering to check if you are okay."
Jennifer recalls the argument she just had and looks for that person, furiously. He is long gone.
"He is not my friend. d.a.m.n him! If I see him again, I will… I will…"
Jennifer is super cute when she is fuming. She fits the role of playing as Rachel Green on Friends rather nicely. Should the sitcom ever be produced in this universe, you are sure that she will be launched into stardom once more.
However, due to the b.u.t.terfly effect. Meeting you and your friend might have changed her future, so you cannot be certain where she will be in within 5 to 10 years.
This could be a problem. You feel somewhat responsible. But then again, so many minor things have already changed.
"Do you need a lift, Jennifer? We are heading to the beach right now. If it is on the way there, we can drop you off. If not, we can call you a taxi."
You ask her. You know that she doesn't live around here. Where she is staying is revealed in the history logs, giving you the chance to stalk her.
Not that you need to. You could hook her in so many ways.
Jennifer isn't sure if she should get into the car with two complete strangers. Getting a taxi seems to be better. At least, it is a lot safer.
"That is fine. I will call for a taxi."
Jennifer answers and begins searching for her phone. It is nowhere to be found. She must have left it with her agent.
You nod at her response and turn to your friend.
Mark looks at you questioningly, not knowing what you want.
"Don't just stand there. You did hit her, so call her a taxi and pay for the fare. Hurry up, we don't have a lot of time. We need to go and discuss with Michael about filming Speed after we picks up a few girls at the beach."
Jennifer peaks her head when you mention the film.
The audition is in 3 more days, and like most aspiring actresses in Hollywood, she is planning to come and try out.
But with her agent just runs off to G.o.d knows where, Jennifer wonders how she can get into the audition now. It isn't easy as showing up at the Studio and representing herself. Only famous actors and actresses can do something like that.
"Speed? Are you talking about the new movie being produced by Lucasfilm?"
You feint surprise.
"Yes. The audition is on Tuesday. Are you going to attend the audition?"
Jennifer is not only beautiful, but she is also a good actor. Her acting skill is rated B-Plus, just one step from cla.s.s.
In a few years, she will likely be cla.s.s.
"Who… are you?"
You finally introduce yourself and your current position. You even produce a business card out of thin air, causing your friend to snort for being a showoff.
Mark still unsure of how you did that, and he makes a mental to learn some magic tricks.
Jennifer couldn't help but becoming excited when learning that you are the director. She immediately opens the folder and takes out several sheets of paper.
"My name is Jennifer Aniston. This is my resume. If you have a look at my work history, you will find that I have some experience –
You interrupt her.
"I'm sorry, but my friend and I are currently in a hurry. We will call you a taxi and be on our way. You should ask your agent to send in your resume to Lucasfilm. They will consider your work history and experience and whether you should attend the audition or not. Don't worry, if you attend, I will vote for you because I think you have the look."
You then turn to your friend.
"Hurry up man, call her a taxi and let's go."
Mark begins to dial, but he was stopped by Jennifer.
"Wait. My place is close to where you are going. Can you just give me a ride instead?"
You chuckle inwardly.
Thanks to the System, you can tell exactly what kind of a person Jennifer is deep down. If the chance presents itself, she will try to secure it. Sadly, all the chances so far are all short lived.
"Eh? Why didn't you say so? Let's go. We wasted so much time already."
With that, Jennifer accompanies you and Mark to the beach.
