Yao Ying and Yao Ling were in relief. w.a.n.g Luo Hai didn't blabber about her unique embroidery to others and it made them trust him more. They knew he's a good man, however, they just knew each other for a few months. Knowing a person's full characters in a few months was practically impossible.

The couple worked more diligently for him. And the result? w.a.n.g Luo Hai's embroidery store profits were tripled, even w.a.n.g Luo Hai was in awe. It took his whole life to achieve the profit and fame that he had achieved previously before Yao Ying came, but that youngster only took three months to achieve triple times of that profit!

w.a.n.g Luo Hai decided to give them an offer. "Yao Ying, Yao Ling… I want to talk to you both about something. Come with me!" The couple looked at each other in confusion but nonetheless followed him to the study room.

"I'd like to offer something to both of you. But before that, I will tell you something first. You've been in my house and you certainly know I have a wife and three concubines."

Yao Ying and Yao Ling nodded. They knew, but what it had to do with them?

"Have you ever seen any kids in 'w.a.n.g Fu'?"

They tried to remember, but indeed they never saw the presence of any kids running around.

w.a.n.g Luo Hai sighed, then explain further to them, "I have no kids. This is a big headache for me. I'm the only one left from w.a.n.g Family and it seems …. the problem lays on me. I'd never guessed that if one of my ex-concubine didn't cheat and easily got pregnant."

Yao Ying and Yao Ling were surprised w.a.n.g Luo Hai told them about this. Infertility was quite an embarra.s.sment for a man, and usually, people wouldn't admit it. The fault usually was thrown to the women instead. But why did w.a.n.g Luo Hai suddenly admit it? It wasn't something easy to say to people outside of the household.

"I know you are confused about why I told you this embarra.s.sing thing. I'd like to take you both as my own children and become my successors. This is not a muddle-headed decision. I thought about it a lot for the past few weeks." He finally told them the reason.

Yao Ying and Yao Ling gaped at him in confusion. "But why?" Yao Ying asked. That was such a big decision!

"I'm not stupid. I know both of your talents, but it's not the main thing. I have a lot of talented underlings, though they weren't as outstanding as you. I admire both of your personalities. I can see both of you are dedicated and hardworking. The most important thing to me is honesty. You might not realize it. Although I give you the right to maintain almost the whole operations of my business, I still have my people here and there reporting to me regarding both of your conducts. I like you both and I hope both of you would agree." w.a.n.g Luo Hai explained.

"But… won't your family make it difficult?"

w.a.n.g Luo Hai brushed it off. "Don't worry! They won't. I have my ways." In w.a.n.g Luo Hai's mind, what use of his wealth and legacy if he didn't have any descendants? If he gave it to his wife and concubines, certainly a crazy fight would break out and also… they didn't have any business skill. They would only destroy his hard work.

Yao Ying and Yao Ling exchanged a meaningful gaze. Both of them liked and respected this old man and this was a great chance for them to build their foundation. Both of them agreed.

After he received their agreement, w.a.n.g Luo Hai laughed merrily. "Yao Ying, you can call me Father and Yao Ling can call me Father-in-law. From this moment on, Yao Ying can take my surname, w.a.n.g. w.a.n.g Yao Ying."

The couple smiled happily and thanking him. "Thank you, Father."

"Thank you, Father-in-law."

"From this moment on, don't stay outside anymore. Stay with me at 'w.a.n.g Fu'." w.a.n.g Luo Hai wasn't going to take no for an answer, so they could only agree and obey him. They moved into the household on the same day.

Just like what the couple had predicted, the main wife and the concubines didn't like how they became w.a.n.g Luo Hai's stepchildren. They looked at the couple in contempt when they first stepped inside the house.

Yao Ying and Yao Ling had great mental strength, so they paid them no mind. As long as they didn't bother them, they would do nothing. The couple respected w.a.n.g Luo Hai and they weren't going to mess around with his family. They didn't even want to monopolize his wealth, because of his blind trust to them.

They already told w.a.n.g Luo Hai about this. They would still work like how they used to – under him. Yao Ying and Yao Ling certainly knew their own place.

When the night came, they came back to their previous room they'd occupied in this household – the simple guestroom. They didn't want to flaunt their luck and make enemies with the women in the house. Thus, they chose this specific room.

"Do you think this is the right choice? I don't feel comfortable receiving this much kindness." Yao Ling asked.

"Me too. Father is a good man and a clever one. I think he also has his own calculation. We should just do our job like before."

Yao Ling nodded. "I notice Madam w.a.n.g and the three concubines' look toward us. It won't be peaceful in this household. I'm afraid we already make enemies."

"As long as they don't bother us, we should do nothing. But if they do something, then don't blame us for being ruthless."

"I agree. I'm not a nice person. If they do something to us or Father, I don't mind giving them a lesson," Yao Ling laughed.

They had been very busy for the last three months, so at night, they didn't have the time to think about their relations.h.i.+p. They just went to bed and directly sleep together in each other's embrace. It became a habit and the shyness that previously there had been gone.

"Husband… I'm tired. Hug me please…." Yao Ling asked for a nice warm hug from Yao Ying without shame anymore. She opened her arms and looked at him with her big cute eyes.

Yao Ying could only shake his head at his spoiled wife. Lately, she showed him her childish side more and more; she's cute. Without hesitating, he quickly pulled her up and embraced her, then he took her to bed.

He looked down at her red lips and gulped. He wanted to kiss her for a long time already but didn't dare to do so. However, under the soft candlelight, she looked so alluring.

'Just a kiss is okay, right? It's not like he consummates the marriage...' Yao Ling thought to himself.

Without another thought, he captured her lips with a soft kiss. When she gasped in surprise, he quickly entered her mouth with his tongue. Yao Ling eyes widened in surprise when she felt his tongue entered her mouth, but she didn't resist. She closed her eyes and kissed him back sloppily. It seemed like both of them never have any practice in this field.

Sometimes their teeth would collide, but they didn't stop. They finally stopped when they ran out of breath, panting heavily.

"Did you enjoy it, Wife?" Yao Ying teased his wife.

Yao Ling blushed slightly and quickly hid under the quilt. Yao Ying couldn't hold back his laughter. His fiery little wife really aroused him. After tucked her in bed and kissed her forehead, he left.

Before he left, Yao Ling asked him in confusion, "Where are you going this late at night?"

He grinned at her and only answered her in two words, "Cold shower."

Yao Ling gaped at his bluntness and hid in embarra.s.sment again because she knew what he meant. "Go quickly!" She demanded.

Without a second thought, Yao Ying did just that. Ah…. Three months left! He was pretty sure when the time came, he would become a beast and eat his little wife clean!
