Neither of them turned on the lights as well as Xiao Bai asked softly, “Where’s daddy and mummy?”

Lu Yanzhi’s head was hurting – this was a sign she was going to rant on forever more.

She had not told Lu Yanchen she had returned home at all.

“No idea. He’s quite busy these days. Mummy, I’m a little tired. I’ll head upstairs first.” s.h.i.+ Guang did not say much as she headed up.
