He was afraid that if something happened to it, hed be implicated. He didnt know what to do with it, so he ended up giving it to the people outside.

What? Disappeared? Now Seol-Hwi seriously considered Noh Sams words. Disappear meant he didnt hidethe man had either left the sect or gone into the central plains.
