Dugu Mengxi stared at Feng Wu. “Can you save Liu?”

Feng Wu was too busy treating Feng Liu to answer Dugu Mengxi’s question.

Dugu Mengxi said hastily, “I’ll thank you with a large reward if you can save my girl!”

Feng Wu still ignored him.

Dugu Mengxi was about to say something else when Chaoge pushed him away. “Xiao Wu doesn’t need your reward. Be quiet now. If you disturb Xiao Wu and she fails to save Feng Liu, it’ll be your fault.”

Dugu Mengxi immediately stopped talking.

Meanwhile, Feng Liu stared at Feng Wu with a malicious look in her eyes.

She knew that she couldn’t keep this child.

Once Dugu Mengxi left the room, Feng Liu finally realized that something wasn’t right.

Because Feng Wu was looking down at her with a smile, and kept her arms crossed.

Feng Liu panicked. “Feng Wu, are you not going to save me?”

She knew she would die if she kept bleeding like this.

Crossing her arms, Feng Wu leaned on a pillar and looked sympathetically at Feng Liu. “Since you’re so eager to die, I’m going to make your wish come true.”

Feng Liu was finally scared.

Brandis.h.i.+ng her arms, she cried out, “Help me! Feng Wu, please don’t let me die!”

Feng Wu only smiled. “Didn’t you just kill your baby on purpose? Why would a mother do such a thing?”

She moved closer, bent over, and whispered in her ear, “Is it because of the child’s father…”
