Excluding the amplification of his soulbonds' strength, he was already much stronger than someone at the Initial phase of the Ascendion stage.
In fact, if he were to include the amplifications received, he was almost at the same level as someone at the Low Ascendion stage.
And if he were to further add the other means at his disposal to increase his strength, Jason was confident in achieving everything he wanted to.
This might be a little bit exaggerated, but with Solaris by his side, Jason felt unparalleled.
Despite being on the battlefield surrounded by the Prismar stage beings that had many individuals at the Initial phase of the Ascendion stage, Jason was calm.
Right now, he was relatively safe as he was still unnoticed by stronger individuals.
But this would change the moment he revealed his entire strength.
As such, Jason held back from manifesting more than a thousand black fireballs which he would want to throw towards the crowd of Prismar stage beings.
In fact, he would be able to overwhelm the entire army of Prismar and Initial Ascendion stage beings as long as he was safe from the attack of stronger opponents.
Unfortunately, protection was a luxury he could not afford because everyone was struggling.
With that in mind, he adjusted his strength by manifesting Byakur in his hand before enveloping it in a thin layer of Solaris' flames.
Afterward, he geared up to enter the fray which he did by mercilessly charging at the biggest crowd of Prismar stage beings he could find.
Before averting his attention to the Ascendion stage beings, Jason wanted to have as many backup plans as possible.
With that in mind, he severely injured his opponents while transferring a fraction of Solaris' flame into each of their bodies.
Once they were inside the body of his living opponents, Solaris' flames would be nurtured.
They would absorb all of their cultivation energies, and life force, sucking them dry.
This was extremely helpful in the worst-case scenario of his mana being drained completely as he would be able to recharge real quick.
Jason had utilized this tactic quite often already, and right now it was even more important to be vigilant of his surroundings.
Not only the Shadow Walkers were his opponents but the city he wanted to protect owing to Jennifer, might also be considered their opponent!
It was weird to protect a place that could become one's foe, but Jason didn't care about such trivial things.
He was only respecting Jennifer's wish to speak to her parents, at least once.
She hoped to see her parents together, living a good life, but Jason was sure that this was not as easy as Jennifer presumed.
Otherwise, if her parents were truly living together, there wouldn't be a reason to give her away in the first place.
Because of that, Jason presumed that Jennifer wouldn't be able to have a great time in Xytra.
But if that allowed her to move on, she should at least get a chance to meet her father, and get to know more about her mother.
In this case, the least Jason could do was to help Jennifer meet her father.
When she reunited with her family, he would take a backseat.
He would only act as her shadow, not bothering her, and only stay by her side when she needed him.
There were certain things one had to overcome on their own.
The people around them would only serve as a broad shoulder to lean on and cry to their heart's content.
However, the thing they had to do first was to overcome the attack of the alliance of the Shadow Walkers.
He wasn't sure if the alliance even had a name, to begin with.
Meanwhile, after surviving the attack the most important task was to prevent the walls from crumbling down.
If that wasn't taken care of, a new attack might follow soon.
With that in mind, Jason intertwined traces of his divine energy into his mana, while keeping his aura and stigma hidden.
Through the divine energy, his movement speed increased drastically.
By adding the moonlight affinity to the mix, his divine moonlight transmuted mana was enough to double his speed.
This sudden boost shocked the Prismar stage opponents that were already overwhelmed by the sheer brute force Jason was able to exert at his cultivation base.
Not just his strength but his shocking speed was even more fearsome, causing despair in the ranks of the Shadow walker alliance.
In fact, Jason had considerably slimmed the size of Byakur, so its current appearance was more of a dagger.
Picking up another dagger, he enveloped it with Solaris' flames, increasing his combat prowess by a large margin.
Armed with two daggers, he moved forward while merely inflicting injuries that were not even supposed to kill his opponents.
Thus, he didn't even have to fight with precision because sheer power and speed were more than enough to sweep through the battlefield.
Shooting through the rows of foes, Jason left behind nothing but faint injuries. However, these injuries led to a death that slowly crept up to them, devouring the injured foes from the inside out.
Almost half an hour passed, in which he was able to stay unscathed and mostly unnoticed by the stronger individuals.
There were only a few who noticed his speed, astonishing them greatly.
But after seeing him deliver nothing but shallow cuts, they presumed that he wasn't worth paying any attention to.
They believed that he could only move with a high speed but he had no real combat experience or strength.
Unfortunately, it was this assumption that caused the death of more than a thousand opponents that were slowly burned from the inside, deprived of their energy, life force, and even the nutrition in their bodies.
Devouring the nutrition was something Solaris had only started to do since its entire being had been enhanced by the runic circle.
During the three months in which it had been enhanced, Solaris had undergone a drastic change.
Not only had every single trait of its flames, and abilities become stronger, but new functions of the already existing abilities were revealed.
This also included the nutrition devouring trait that belonged to the life force draining ability!
Small droplets of the various nutritions' essences were created inside its mana core, and Jason knew that he could make use of them in order to practice the Kanadi of a Primordial technique.
Because of that, he was quite satisfied with the new function Solaris had acquired.
However, Solaris could do little to overcome the newly emerging problems in front of Jason.
The first foes he had injured were succumbing to their injuries and dying.
One after another, the opponents he had inflicted with injuries were collapsing to the ground and dying.
It didn't take too long for the Ascendion stage beings to connect the dots and understand what was going on.
Jason was not weak, or an inexperienced combatant, but he had clearly outwitted them.
Their overconfidence and wrong judgment had allowed the seemingly inconspicuous, but fast man to kill many of their good warriors!
Thus, it was only obvious for the Ascendion stage beings to be enraged.
Fueled by anger, the first few that were able to leave their current position, shot towards Jason, ready to attack him without any mercy.
However, was Jason truly someone they could face, just like that?
That was of course not the case because Jason had yet to reveal his true combat prowess.
As such, after seeing the bunch of beings at the Initial phase of the Ascendion stage that shot towards him with great velocity, he couldn't hide his smile anymore.
Despite the opponents charging at him, Jason remained calm.
After enveloping his entire body with Solaris' flames, only his golden eyes pierced through the layer of black flames.
Meanwhile, his smile of excitement was hidden from the eyes of the foes that initiated their attack.
