Their many years of friends.h.i.+p would have been in vain if Nie Yunfan had failed to notice that Han Yichen was not in a good mood at that moment.

“Chen, are you really angry?” Nie Yunfan’s expression turned stiff. He knew he was at fault. So, he probed him awkwardly.

Nie Yunfan had failed to notice Han Yichen’s subtle changes. Han Yichen did not reply to him after some time and Nie Yunfan a.s.sumed his silence as his consent. He said in frustration, “Chen, you’re not so narrow-minded, aren’t you? Feng… He doesn’t really have ill intentions. But… ahem… as long as the matters are related to Ms. Zhao, sometimes the way he speaks can be… It’s human nature, after all. You could put up with this, right? Or, do you really have feelings for Ms. Zhao?”

“What did you say?!” Nie Yunfan screamed. His expression abruptly changed. “Which type of sister? Biological sister or sister lover? You just told me you show no interest in Ms. Zhao. How could you overturn your statements so soon? How should I explain this to my good buddy…”

Before Nie Yunfan finished speaking, Han Yichen had already shot a disdainful glance at him. He blurted out disdainfully, “Can you get your mind straight and stop thinking of such c.r.a.p?! I mean, she could be my biological younger sister.”

After he fell silent for a while, he asked with some difficulty, “Why didn’t they have a child of their own?”
