Eli blended in with the darkness and moved as silent as the wind. When Eli finally reached Lars's room, he opened the door slowly and peeked inside, but he saw n.o.body. Eli, all of a sudden, felt extreme pain coursing through his body. Somebody was. .h.i.tting him right in his family jewels as he felt like something had broken inside of him.

That was beyond any kind of pain he had ever felt, before he had trained his whole life; his body was a temple of effectiveness. Still, in that one moment, it didn't matter because it was one of his weak spots, and due to the hard hit and the pain that rushed into his head Eli had pa.s.sed out.

Queen Sa.s.sy had notified Lars ' family at the time that Lar had been scheduled for the kill. And one of the maids around Queen Sa.s.sy's home had overheard their parents and what they were going to do. This maid loved Queen Sa.s.sy very much and did not want to see her lose her first love, so she immediately tried to notify her.

The maid came running into the room, yelling, "Princess Sa.s.sy, we have big trouble here today." A younger version of Queen Sa.s.sy, who was just the princess, was surprised. She asked, "what problem is so big to make you come to this room and shout?" The maid shook her head as she explained, "your mother and father has ordered a hit on your lover because they don't want any distractions in your upcoming marriage with the prince." 

Sa.s.sy was extremely shocked about this and immediately left her room to go and warn Lar and his family. The maid wondered if she had done the wrong thing but quickly shut that off. She had no regrets anymore. Sa.s.sy immediately jetted through the territory, heading for the low-income area, jumping over on top of the rooftops, and making her way to Lars ' place. 

She was beyond tired, but she kept on running. Eventually, she even had to use her ice elements. She was creating some slides for her to slide down, which increased her speed drastically. Princess Sa.s.sy finally reached Lars ' place after an hour of traveling. Due to the territory being so big, it took quite a long time to get to the low-income side from the royalty side. 

Sa.s.sy had to pa.s.s through the high-cla.s.s area and the common area to get to the low-cla.s.s part of the territory. Queen Sa.s.sy barged into Lar's house, gasping for breath. Everybody there was shocked as they asked, " Princess Sa.s.sy, what's wrong?" She was trying to talk, but she was so out of breath. Sa.s.sy started choking and coughing. Lar's family members quickly sat Princess Sa.s.sy down as they tried to calm her down. They gave her water and something to eat. And eventually, Sa.s.sy was finally calm and was about to break the news to them.
