Chapter 3823 The Metenoa Family?

Chapter 3823 The Metenoa Family?

Captain Praezen had never felt so stifled in his life.

Why was he talking to someone weaker than him again?

He was about to argue but looking at the other party's determination, he inwardly sighed, knowing that they were committed to robbing them.

He turned to look at Davis.

"Just pay them." Davis waved his hand as he sent a soul transmission.

For convenience sake, Davis gave each of the people aboard the flying s.h.i.+p a billion High-Level Transcendent Crystals. This should help them not be limited when it comes to making spontaneous decisions like the time Threelotus bought a flying s.h.i.+p to prepare for the journey.

Captain Praezen smiled at Davis.

As expected, his Legion Master was still level-headed.

Sometimes, it was better to pay an exorbitant amount like the toll that was now imposed upon them, because why not when they're rich and could afford to?

It was better to avoid trouble when the Heaven's Warriors were converging on this realm to do a final sweep.

Still, Captain Praezen felt reluctant. He wanted to punch the brown-armored man's face before giving him. Nonetheless, he simply presented ten million Transcendental Crystals and gained access to the Metenoa Family's skyway.

"Good! Follow us."

They were escorted towards the south exit and soon crossed the feral beast farm.

Davis looked down from the deck and saw many youths battling and collecting feral beast cores. Looking at their age, he saw that they were no more than fourteen or fifteen years old, meaning that they were the new generation of the Metenoa Family practicing martial arts and improving their battle experience.

It made him wonder when he could provide his children with such an environment.

As they advanced, he could see bigger and powerful cultivators like Monarchs battling Immortal King Feral Beasts. It seemed that this place was truly owned by them since everything seemed organized.

He nodded, thinking he could leave them alone.

"Halt!"

They were soon upon the south exit when suddenly, that white-haired, brown-armored man stopped them as he stood in the air in front of them.

"Did you not hear me properly? I said ten million now and ten million at the exit? Otherwise, you'd all be thrown into prison."

"You-!"

Captain Praezen clenched his fist.

"Brother, why?" The two other armored men also ascended to his level and asked through soul transmission.

"You saw that brat who this guy had to take orders from, didn't you? He's only a Peak-Level Immortal King but has so many Immortal Emperor Guards but none of them are powerful, barely reaching the peak of Mid-Stage Sovereign. Clearly, they lack the strength to protect themselves but are in possession of immense wealth. How can we not take the chance to secure our positions when we're stuck here guarding the border for ten thousand years?"

"He has a point."

"He does."

The other two laughed before they also raised their spears and pointed at the flying s.h.i.+p.

""

Davis was also not amused. He wanted to settle this peacefully and agreed to pay ten million but nowhere on his forehead did it write that he was a fool.

He turned to look at a black-robed woman.

She nodded and took a step forward, flying out of the flying s.h.i.+p as she glided in the air.

The gazes of the three armored men flickered.

"Kill!"

The white-haired armored man immediately attacked as he sensed killing intent from the black-robed silhouette. He thrust his spear, his entire silhouette instantly taking the shape of a dragon but it was nothing but an illusion.

Even though it was an illusion, a dragon might erupted from him.

The breeze from the undulations rushed forward and threw the hood of the black-robed silhouette off, revealing an ice-cold beauty who wore an icy-blue veil. Her black hair swayed ever so lightly as it came out of the hood but each strand began to glitter like they were a string of snow.

An icy sword formed in her grasp which she swung without making much of an effort.

Instantly, all three heads flew from the brown-armored men.

Blood didn't spill as their necks were frozen. Their heads flew in an arc as they became covered in ice, their souls shattering from the invasion of ice energy. Before they could fall, the black-haired woman waved her hand and collected their dead bodies including their heads, spatial rings that were of low-quality.

She returned to the flying boat the next second, finis.h.i.+ng them off in three seconds.

It was none other than Tanya.

The flying boat started moving, controlled by Founder Alstreim as he spun the wheel and started accelerating towards the exit.

"Take the valuables. We'll throw the rest away including their dead bodies on some cliff, river or volcano ahead. The beasts will finish eating them."

Davis advised.

He didn't want anyone divining them back to his location, her brows frowning.

Tanya nodded but she kept staring at the spatial ring.

"I'll help." s.h.i.+rley offered and Tanya nodded embarra.s.singly.

She didn't know what was useful to their current selves as they were growing too fast that she was out of touch with the reality of others. After all, never in her life did she think she would've surpa.s.sed the immortal realm but here she was, cleaving Immortal Emperors with a single swing of her sword.

It could be said that she was in her own world again.

Soon enough, they were out of the Metenoa Family's territory. They headed further southwest, looking to reach the Earth Dragon Border Town but surely, it would be highly secure considering the Heaven's Warriors were keeping a keen eye on this realm.

"How dare you!"

Abruptly, an intense shout erupted from their backs, making Davis frown while the boat appeared to sway.

They had just crossed twenty thousand kilometers after leaving the Metenoa Family but it was unexpected that an Autarch-level cultivator would be on them after learning the death of one or two of his subordinates despite being busy in some affairs, in closed door seclusion or out of territory

The response time was staggeringly quick, causing Davis to look back and look at a brown-robed individual with white hair chasing them in the sky
